Ordered 2 bagels cream cheese. At 10:30. It's now 10:45. The girl at counter. Soo slow keeps taking orders and not making bagels. Really ridiculous. Had to get a manager to ask her to help us. 10:50 received food disappointed the bagels were more like rolls. And then the manager said to me I gave you the cream cheese for free..bc she forgot to charge. You think after the 20 min wait . Also wasn't busy.

Terrible service. The. Clerks and workers are young and can’t speak. They were out of decaf coffee at 930 am. Asked for fresh and they couldn’t even articulate that they’d make fresh and scared if it is t decaf as I’ll end up in the hospital

I like coming here for their half and half deals. I typically get their walnut salad sandwich and their broccoli and cheese soup and a chai tea. My son absolutely loves their mac and cheese with bacon and their French dip is really good as well. I can't comment on their bathrooms as I not been in them. I can state that the service is good, fast and really kind. The restaurant itself is very clean. I've also gone through the drive-thru and received wonderful customer service as well. Although their pricing is kind of high, the quality of the food is really good and the portion size is as well.

It is still breakfast time and they are out of the breakfast soufflés. What more, I had planned on having a light roast coffee and they are out of coffee. When I asked for help at the desk, I was ignored it first and then given information I hadn’t asked for. This place is chaotic and the service stinks.

i don’t know if it’s because i didn’t tip the $2 that they probably felt entitled to, even though i’m driving 20 minutes from my job to come get the food, the staff just being incompetent, or the quality of the food just not being what it used to, because my sandwich came dry with none of my sauces on the side and no cheese. When I walked in, no one was at the front and when I went to the back, all of the employees were gathered together, talking, and hesitant to give me my food. I’m not against having a good time with your work friends at your job but at least make sure the order is correct and you’re present and not acting clueless. I’ve never had this issue at the PSL location, they are always attentive and helpful, this location needs to tighten up.

My favorite Panera of the 4 in my area. I dine here 3 to 4 times a month and they are solid every time. Great staff and clean restaurant. Thanks for being consistently excellent!
Poor service. Did not toast the bagel, no butter and no flavored cream cheese options. Lots of mold and drainage on the floor under the drink machine. Almost every ceiling tile on the way to the bathroom has water damage. The sandwich maker was gloved but scrolling on her personal cell phone. Yuck! Won't be back.

This visit wasn't about me. It was about Panera's compassion for the community. Companies try not to have any waste at the end of the day, this Panera would rather donate to local banks than dispose of their waste, which is very commendable. Thank you, Panera!!
