Worst experience at Panera. Horrible service; the food was gross, including the soggy stale bread and black avocado

Gave me my soup cold, and when I told them they then tell me there’s a microwave I can use lol … we wanted our food to go but they failed to ask, instead of complaining we chose to eat there since they served our food on plates. Then the manager had the audacity to be very nasty about wanting us to leave because they were closed. Terrible service & incompetent employees.

Food is good, but it could use some renovations starting to look rundown and dirty!

This is not worth 12 dollars
I bought a Fontana Chicken
Ridiculous, I believe the chicken was so small you can’t find it, then there is only bread

Me and my husband car broke down. I was at work he was in the parking lot I was literal panicking I left work. I had an infant and two kids in the car. It was so hot outside. They were literally lifesavers. They let us come in out the heat and treated my children really good. I will be back to dine in for sure.

The one star is who the heck would pay almost 6 dollars for a half grilled cheese sandwich??? They are overpriced on way to many items. Won't be coming back.

I had to check the menu to see if there was some mistake made on my Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. But no, there it was, protein = 52g. In case you are wondering, that is 1.83 oz for the chicken and the cheese! A sandwich that cost $9.49 with < 2 oz of meat? No wonder I was the only one in the drive through!

Three strikes your out. First, ordered breakfast oops out of eggs.. really? .. then gave me tuna with literally a teaspoon on the sandwich.. now burnt French onion soup with no cheese for the FOURTH TIME IN A ROW. Tired of spending good money for bad food.

Don't come here often....the only item I desire is the Orange scone. That being said, it was yummy and service with a smile.

How is it possible to walk into the store 10 mins after opening and there are no plain bagels? I was told they were gone because they were all pre-orders. Do you not bake according to orders? If you know you have an orders that will take your normal bake for the day then wouldn't you make those plus more for walk ins? I was going to get a dozen and half but left without as there are some people that do not want the fancy bagels just plain.
