How is it possible to walk into the store 10 mins after opening and there are no plain bagels? I was told they were gone because they were all pre-orders. Do you not bake according to orders? If you know you have an orders that will take your normal bake for the day then wouldn't you make those plus more for walk ins? I was going to get a dozen and half but left without as there are some people that do not want the fancy bagels just plain.

Ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a brioche bun and when I Received it it looked like a pancake, and when I opened it up, it had One thin strip of bacon Folded in half and no cheese. I could’ve gotten better at McDonald’s.

I have always liked Panera because of the freshness of the food and a clean place to relax, the food was good as usual but the restaurant was very dirty. Had I not been with a group of friends I would have left and gone to eat somewhere else. A simple cleaning would greatly improve this customers satisfaction. Floors were dirtying and had lots of debris, soda machine had old splatters, bathrooms were dirty,

I had lunch here and Panera Bread was a fresh experience for me. Their menu has great soups, breads, pizzas and cold brews to choose from. I tried their margherita pizza (highly recommend) and Madagascar vanilla cream coffee. The food was delicious and the restaurant was clean. I look forward to my next visit.

Man, Panera has degraded. We were hardly acknowledged by the staff. The place was dirty, and the food was not on par with what we've come to expect from Panera. I hope the corporate folks get this review and get a training team in this particular store for a reset. I'd hate to lose the store at this mall. Fast service, friendly employees, and great food. I made an order on their website and it was ready at the exact minute I scheduled it to be. Great prices for the quality of food and portions you get as well. I got the chicken caprese sandwich with a charged mango lemonade and a French baguette as the side and it was delicious and the sandwich was larger than expected and full of fresh ingredients. I highly recommend this Panera. It’s also a great place to relax in your lunch break or have business meetings or do some work on your laptop as it’s quiet and secluded. Kind of reminds me of a library in some ways. Great spot but parking can be difficult during the lunch rush.Parking: Parking can be difficult during the lunch rush.
