Me and my boyfriend went through the drive through a couple days ago and ordered a large Mac n cheese and a drink. The boy who was working I think his name was kanan was rude when we were ordering, rude when we handed him our card, and rude when he handed us our food. I do not think this is how he should treat customers and a manager needs to speak with him.

Chipotle chicken avo sandwich need more chicken is ridiculous the amount they put in there also didn’t had avocado, they just put one piece of cheese, all I eat was bread?

Placed a to go order of iced latte and 1/2 tuna sandwhich today. Once back in my car, the drink was 90% milk and very little coffee for the container. The sandwich had the smallest amount of tuna fish (less than a teaspoon) spread over one side of the bread and two of the thickest slices of tomato with some mixed greens. One would have thought I ordered a tomato sandwich! The smell was the only way I knew tuna was included. Very disappointed and have been very disappointed the last two times I've visited this location. Sad as you should be a great alternative to the fast food locations next to you.

Yet again, arrived home after going through the drive through and missing items… then the items we did order ALWAYS missing ingredients. Called the restaurant and told a refund could not be given - will be filing a chargeback (still haven’t heard back from a manager). Not a single time that I come here that this place hasn’t disappointed us. I’m a former general manager of a restaurant and so I get the challenges - but my family and I are done with Panera.

I will never order a salad here again. Usually get the strawberry poppyseed salad that used to have what they advertise. Now - wilted lettuce, 2 mandarin oranges, no pineapple, no pecans. Strawberries were there but scarce. PS: over time, they also cut the size of French bread that comes with the salad. At these high prices, plus now we’re asked to leave a tip, this place has had its day. Bye bye Panera…
