There is a great crew of people working at this location! Very helpful, very demure. Salvador made my food to perfection (I have some food sensitivities) and he was very kind about it! He works very hard, and deserves acknowledgment. They have great attitudes, and the overall vibe of the place is great!

This is the 3rd time ive ordered takeout here and ordered 3 different sandwiches each time. NONE of them were what I asked for. Today I ordered a avo chicken sandwich with bacon. Usually its a cold sandwich, this one was hot.They gave me chicken and some kind of buffalo sauce. The panera in palm city is way better and they give you what you order. Will not be going back to this location.

I went to Panera to order a sandwich, but they gave me the wrong items a salad and soup. I ended up going to another Panera location just to get the sandwich I originally came for. Today, I returned to the this location to let them know what happened and to order the same sandwich. They told me I hadn’t paid and got free food, which isn’t true. I paid, didn’t get my correct order, didn’t eat what I was given, and still had to pay again today. The way the situation was handled felt rude and unprofessional. They didn’t take responsibility . Very disappointing experience.

I use to like this place, but the value and quality is starting to dwindle. I just got a whole salad, which the container looks like a half salad. The last couple of sandwiches here had very little meat, yet the charge top dollar. I think I am going to find another deli.

This was a joke! I ordered a turkey & cheddar sandwich on ciabatta. And 2 cups of soup through the drive through. I got a turkey..... ONE SLICE of turkey on a French bread with Swiss cheese. The order totaled 18.05! You can clearly see in the attached photo what I ordered is certainly not what I received Very disappointed.

I had the Asiago bagel w / chicken, avocado & BLT. It came with 2 orders. It was a cold sandwich but delicious. I went back to counter and ask If it could be warmed up? She wasn't able due to sanitary reason. As I was eating it, trying to hold it all together, I was approached by an employee. She had given me a new sandwich heated up. That was the sweetest thing anyone has done for me. I was so appreciated and overwhelmed.
