I will never order a salad here again. Usually get the strawberry poppyseed salad that used to have what they advertise. Now - wilted lettuce, 2 mandarin oranges, no pineapple, no pecans. Strawberries were there but scarce. PS: over time, they also cut the size of French bread that comes with the salad. At these high prices, plus now we’re asked to leave a tip, this place has had its day. Bye bye Panera…

I ordered the cinnamon roll, they changed how they make it, it was like a hard biscuit on the out side and smaller than what I used to order. It used to be my favorite item, I've ordered it for years, never again

Losing a star because of the cackle of hyenas preparing the food. The food was great, but I heard them judging me and laughing at me for ordering a caramel latte. It was around 7pm on 4/4/24. Not the usual time for a coffee, but the cashier said nothing about a time cut-off time for coffee. I got my coffee and it was good, but the manager needs to have a talk with the staff. That experience was unpleasant.

They are all different but this one made me not wanting to go to Panera anymore lol. The service was mediocre and upon opening my sandwich well I was disgusted. Not what I ordered but I was hungry so did not have a choice. So lesson learn was that I should open my order in store before leaving. Lol something that I haven't done in Panera. Prices?? Well has you can see they are very expensive so you can actually get better food in some other places for the half of Panera's price. It all goes with your taste buds.

I order a small turkey chili with a turkey BLT with avocado/bacon and when I opened my sandwich, all I see is smeared avocado on top of my bread and no avocado in my sandwich. I guess I should have checked before going home… I also left a 3 dollar tip for online pick up.

I eat here often. The food is great and the rewards are pretty good too. The biggest issue with this location is how long it takes to make one sandwich I'll sometimes wait at a long as 15 mins for my one sandwich. But they do make up the time when it does take that long by giving me a free pastry or something so that's why this is still five stars their customer service is definitely on point.

Used to be my favorite place until Panera decided to go the cheap way by changing the menu, most of my favorites are gone. I tried the new ones, no flavors and feel cheap! I won’t be back unless the old menu comes back, but for now it’s a goodby!
