Turns out they put the wrong pizza in the box, found once I got home. Ordered a chicken, bacon, pineapples, and got whatever was in the photo. No compensation was offered aside from me waiting in the entrance for a remake.

I've ordered from here countless times. Today was my last. Waited over an hour before I called and cancelled the order. Sure being busy happens, but then put the time for waiting for the pizza at an hour. Not slowly ramping up higher and higher. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Papa johns in Stuart are ridiculous. A bunch of kids that don't want to work. Ordered 1 pizza at 10:30 they close at 12am. I wait for 45 min still says my order is being prepared. I give the store a call, manager says that the driver went and gave me a few calls and no one answered. I said we didn't get any calls nor did anyone get to our gate. He then says "wait what's your address" and says ya I never got an order for that address. Then I give him my order number and confirm with my mobile receipt that it was ordered from his store #1072. The manager says ya that's my store number but I'm looking on my system I don't have anything in my system. It gets good now...So then I say I have a mobile order confirmation with your store number and address. The updates have been saying that you were preparing my order but you never got one. He then says give me a minute I have to put someone on hold. He messed up and thought he put me on hold but double clicked. I heard him laugh with his coworkers and making jokes how they were eating my pizza. This is ridiculous. I would understand if I order 10 minutes before closing time. But 1 hour and 30 minutes before closing come on now. This is super messed up and I hope the right person sees this and does the right thing.

Your standard Papa John’s pizza, which I prefer over other chain pizza places. Ordered online and had it delivered. Everything was as ordered/expected with on time delivery. Driver was polite and cordial.
