First thing I noticed when walking in the door was dead bugs all over the floor from the door all the way to the counter. There are currently two young ladies working here and I’ve been standing at the counter for a solid five mins and neither has even acknowledged that I’m here. No hello, no be right with you. Nothing. Food is fairly consistent and we’ve not had an issue with service until this point. However, I may rethink coming back after this encounter.

Extremely rude gentlemen in there this evening. Thinks that customers don't have a right to know why half of their order is ready, but the other half hasn't even been started yet. Completely inconsiderate to the fact his drivers have to get the food to the customers, and if you're going to utilize door dash you have an obligation to let them know what's going on with the orders! Abusing your co-workers because you messed up is completely unacceptable! 100% unacceptable behavior! this man needs to be removed from the store!

Some free food after this experience would be nice cause I was so appalled I barely ate. I had bought a pizza with extra sauce, as fate would have it…there was barely any sauce. Then I ordered wings, that weren’t even wings but some type of chicken nugget looking thing. Not only that but I had ordered it with buffalo sauce and I got this instead. Like what actually is that. It looks so gross and wasn’t even what I had ordered. I get mess ups but this was too much. How do you make wings look so nasty. Long story short I was very disappointed, imagine working a long hard day and you want some wings and pizza and you get this. Anyway I would appreciate some free food because the pizza was also half raw.

We’ve had wonderful service every time we pick up a pizza from this location! Bread sticks are delicious and pizza is cooked to perfection. The lady at the front has always been super nice and quick with the orders. This is our go-to location for pizza!

I never seen anyone working with a Tank Top in the food industry. This is not appropriate especially if your doing pizza no I could eat my food because think they might be hair in it never again going to this place

The manager (female definitely not a lady) was so disgustingly vile and unprofessional doesn’t even scratch the surface. How can this vulgar, rude person be allowed to work in a customer service environment, no less, with humans at all! My family will absolutely NEVER go there again and wouldn’t if that was the last morsel of food left in this world!!!! Pathetic!
