I had such a bad experience tonite 11/12/23...We Ordered 3 large pizza and a Twix for friends and family that were over for football.After 90min the order arrived . The driver proceeded to tell me that they made 2 of my pizzas wrong so they had to remake them which is why he was late. I wasn't even upset that he was late... I became upset when I brought the pizza inside . 2 of the pizzas were cold as they sat waiting for the ones they messed up to finish cooking and they didn't even bring the Twix we ordered...I call the store asking for a refund and they told me they don't do refunds... didn't even apologize for anything.I will never order from there again

Ordered delivery for a pizza & drink. Chose dr pepper as my drink but end up with a pepsi instead, ive had multiple problems in the past with this specific store, i hope every employee & manager sees this & knows they need to do

This was the worst pizza I have ever had. Totally inedible. The delivery boy was great, as was the "male" manager. There was very little sauce, which I assume is the least expensive ingredient. Cured my craving for a pizza for long time.

When I placed my order I was told the delivery person had not yet shown up to work and my order would have to be delivered by DoorDash. Couldn't pay with cash, had to use a credit card. Delivery was slightly late but that may have been because the pizza making was running behind. Anyway, the pizza was delivered and it is the best tasting pizza I've had in a long time ! Tasted fresh, hot, and delicious. Brownies were perfect. Papa John's order taker was friendly and professional. Will order again.
This location is definitely going downhill. I live 5 minutes away and the last 4 times I have ordered my experience has been horrible. Delivery takes almost 2 hours and the last and final time I will ever order from this location was last week. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 sodas. I ordered online and the app said my order was ready. I arrived to pick it up and walked into total chaos with the manager yelling at an employee over the phone demanding this employees come in early. I waited for 10 minutes until she finally finished her conversation and was told that my order had not been started as they were out of an ingredient. I took off the ingredient they were out of and was told it would be another 20 minutes till my order was ready. They seemed very understaffed for a weekend. I left and came back 20 minutes later and one of my pizzas was already done and in the box getting cold, while the 2nd pizza wasn’t even in the oven yet. Another 10 minutes and the 2nd pizza came out. I stood there for an additional 5 minutes being completely ignored just trying to get my food. Then I got my food and both pizzas were completely wrong. So frustrated at this point I told the manager that I would just take the food and pick off the toppings I didn’t order. I asked for a refund or credit and the manager said she was refunding the order back to my debit card, It’s a week later haven’t seen a refund or credit. I called up there today and was hung up on twice. Terrible service, unprofessional management and staff, restaurant is always disorganized and dirty. All n all worst experience ever! They need to shut down this location! Don’t waste your time or money.

Placed order for takeout via app, store calls, cancels order says past take out time. Already sitting in parking lot in front of store. Store calls back and says I can reorder but only for delivery. They then mark it for delivery to their address and charge extra for the service of handing it to me 5 feet from their front door. Mean while another customer walks in after me and picks up their order. Add to the fact the order was not completed correctly and I had to walk back in, still closed for take out mind you, and have them finish my order correctly. WORST ever.

Very disappointed with the service...I ordered a specific pizza and they gave me an overpriced pizza...totally the wrong one and then tried to make me feel crazy that I got the wrong one...terrible customer service from the manager...order online would be my suggestion or go somewhere else...

This place is always in a state of chaos. I’ve done business with them three times. Each of those three times the app is malfunctioned and I had to call. Each time that I’ve had to call I’ve been put on hold for more than 15 minutes (40 minutes on one occasion). When you get someone on the phone they courteous and polite, but it’s just too much trouble for mediocre pizza.

I've ordered twice from this local Papa Johns and both times the pizza was absolutely horrible. The first time I ordered it came half thin crust and extremely burnt on the thin crust half, the other side had so much sauce on it but looked normal, idk how you take that out of the oven and decide to put it in a box, what's wrong with you? Who hired you?The second time (just now) I ordered a pizza and was waiting for it to come, decided to open my door so and there's my pizza, sitting ON THE FLOOR NEXT TO MY DOOR? Hello? Knock please? Who told you to leave it on the floor because I didn't. Who told you to leave it without even knocking, what if I didn't open the door? There was ZERO notification that there was even a pizza delivered there. To top it off, apart from being cold it was cut 14 times and, and here's the best part. The genius who cut it didn't even cut it the whole way through either. And I asked for light sauce and got a LOT of sauce. Who works here, seriously? How did you get employed? $20 for a pizza that was just thrown together without any care whatsoever. Little Caesars isn't even that bad. I'm never ordering from this Papa Johns again. I hope nobody else has these issues.
