I just wanted to give a shout out to the ladies working the drive through on Thursday around 3:50pm. Wow!! So nice! Awesome service here. I only ordered a drink but I was blown away by how nice both women were. Will be coming back ASAP.

Yesterday, I ate at PDQ for the first time, and it was amazing! I can’t remember the names of the three people who greeted me, but they were all so friendly and welcoming. The service was really good, and the lady at the window was super nice — we even had a small, pleasant conversation. Great experience overall! I’ll definitely be coming back.

I swear one of the worst ever branches, i love pdq but the stuff is so bad they literally made me wait for 30 minutes and gave my food for a different guy and all they said is sorry. The manager was good.

Giving 3 stars for a nice employee there. First time eating here: One meal came out wrong and every piece had that unchewable tendon --- ugh. So my family and I spent the whole time spitting food out every other bite. I'd love to review the honey butter chicken but received plain chicken in error (we all know the rule about returning things back to the kitchen). One other thing, for the sandwhich, shouldn't it be chicken breast as photo seems to sell. Ours had 2 skinny chicken tenders under the bun with of course those chewy tendons left in. I will say, the West Palm location seemed decent years ago. I guess I could try another location.

Just went through the drive-thru—Debby is seriously the sweetest! She even convinced me to sign up for the app. By the time I got to Chase at the second window, everything was ready, and when I asked for the name of the lady at the first window, he told me to leave her a nice Google review.

Came to PDQ while on vacation and at first it wasn’t a great experience. one employee accused me of stealing and was super rude. Luckily Shawn and Chase turned it around. They made sure I was taken care of, food was good, and when I left my wallet behind Chase tracked down my number to return it. The kid even tried to refuse a tip too🤦🏾♀️ huge thanks to both Shawn and Chase for making my food great and for saving my experience!
