Everything was delicious. I had the med salad with grilled chicken. Shawn was incredible and I could tell she was keeping her entire crew rocking and rolling with a positive attitude and they all seemed to really enjoy their jobs. So refreshing. š

Tenders were good, it was clean and service was great. Lacosta was super sweet and helpful, she made our experience even better. We will definitely be back for the food but great service as well!

I never post reviews for fast food, but I got to give PDQ a 5. The fries Iād say are not a 5, but the rest of the Pdq menu doesnāt compare to other fast food restaurantsā¦just night and day better produce, chicken, and sauces.
I never think to go to PDQ because Iād never heard of it. Iām a self-professed Chick-fil-A girl. I saw a deal for free tenders so thought Iād try it out.
Today was my second time coming and the food and service is AWESOME! In fact, I ordered on the app where I was also able to redeem a $10 off coupon for my birthday. I accidently ordered the wrong sandwich. When I went to pick up my order I figured Iād ask if they could change it but didnāt expect them to be able to plus it was my fault bc I ordered the wrong item. (I work in a restaurant and know how difficult the food service industry is!)
The woman expediting the order said sheād fix it and bring it out to me. She was so nice and insisted it wasnāt a problem (there was at least one car behind me, possibly two and some customers inside). PDQ food takes a little longer than your run-of-the-mill fast food because itās like a home cooked meal. I really didnāt think it would be possible to change my item and even if so that it might take a long time.
In less than 5 mins the woman bright everything out to me (she beat me trying to go meet her inside as I wanted to save her the trip to my car)! She wanted to double check I got everything I ordered and a gave her a few dollars as a tip/thank-you and she didnāt want to take it but I had to insist and walk away thanking her so she couldnāt give it back.
My food, again was amazing! Itās like eating out in a sit down restaurant š¤¤ seriously, zucchini friesā¦.Parmesan broccoliā¦crispy, fresh Buffalo garlic tossed chicken sandwich!
Iām a single mom on a tight budget, but the coupons and deals are great. Between the impeccable service (both times) and hot, fresh āunique fast foodā Iām hooked!
I should have asked for the name of the woman who served me! What a gem!

Had delivery today, 3rd time eating from this location and they NEVER disappoint! The delivery was even 15 minutes sooner than what I was told! Food hot and tasty like always!! š
The best thing I like about PDQ are the workers! Always happy always willing to help not like some places where they just don't want to be there. Seriously. It really makes a difference and it shows! The prices are fairly reasonable. I usually get some kind of salad with chicken which is only $10 or $11 dollars.

Chicken sandwiches and tenders were good. Zucchini fries sounded good but were really greasy. Night return for the chicken but will opt for waffle fries next time. Itās a great alternative to that homophobic chicken place!
