I thought $8.50 for a small cup of cobbler and rock hard pre-packed ice was a bit high but assumed it would be good.
Nope. There was one thin slice of peach and a few small pieces. The rest was sugary goo and soggy crust.
Sorry that this was not a place I would return to.

Truly, I WISH I could give more than 5 stars!!! Charlie (the owner) provided my kids a day they will never forget!!! They learned so much about the process of making these delicious (enormous) cookies and they loved being able to customize as they pleased. Thank you Charlie!! Caramel Apple cobbler was absolutely amazing! My friend had the apple butter cinnamon roll and it was so so good. The gentleman who took our order was so nice and gave us recommendations as well. The inside is super clean, staff was nice and food was amazing!! 10/10 recommend if your craving sweets?

Absolutely LOVED it and can’t get back fast enough! We spotted this place on “accident “ when making a wrong turn (best wrong turn ever) however it was early morning so they were not open yet. We immediately looked it up online and said “we definitely have to go soon” Long story short we had dinner in Stuart the same night and guess what was for dessert???!!!! We ordered the flight “to go” so we can try a few items at once BUT let’s just say we never made it out the door LOL. We tried the peach cobbler, apple cobbler , banana pudding and coconut pudding…ill end this post by saying we purchased another flight before walking out the door!!! Can’t wait to return and try other items on the menu. App downloaded and points loading

This establishment called The Grunge Factory is incredibly unpleasant and unhygienic. The Cobblers they serve are not authentic whatsoever. To make matters worse, I even discovered a small fly in my meal. I strongly advise against dining here; it is truly revolting. Moreover, the immaturity of the staff highlights the necessity for the management to hire more mature individuals instead of employing children.Nobody who works there has a serve safe certificate!!!! Disgruntled Employee LMFAO I never worked for you !!! The person we are talking about here has a higher paying job elsewhere where making $1000 weekly so good riddance I think she was better off and by the way she said that you don’t know how to run a business and you’re employees walk all over you !!! So take great care of yourself!!! lol ………Not Shay

My partner and I drove 30 min tonight to come check this place out. We are so glad we did. We ordered the Mango Peach Cobbler (10oz), Cinnamon Peach Praline Cobbler (10oz), and Sweet Peachy Tea that they make fresh. Our bill came out to 21.27$ total. Very good price for the amount we received. Both our cobbler came with ice cream. I definitely enjoyed our visit. We were so excited we didn't even take a picture of the before. The staff is super friendly!! Haha
