Ordered food online. My husband went to pick it up. They said they didn't have our order even with proof of order confirmation and showing them the debit to our credit card. Even had an attitude like it was our fault. Manager told my husband we would have to dispute the charge with our bank and reorder our food. Large, varied menu with many excellent whole Asian Choices. It’s very hard to choose just one entree.
Where do I start? Items missing on the order (white rice instead of fried rice). Very dry chicken in the entree - no liquid whatsoever. Spring roll soaked in grease. Lettuce wraps with chunks of fat in the chicken - and greasy, too. The worst: the staff doesn’t answer the phone. I gave up trying to contact them on the phone and decided to write the bad review they deserved instead!
