This is my favorite restaurant on the Treaure Coast! I've been there (3) times now and it's always amazing. Robby is the best server too! It is definitely worth checking out!

Update: We have been here about six times, although my favorite, it was a bit salty tonight. I ordered two sushi rolls and my husband had the salmon. The salmon was good, but the rolls even without soy sauce were salty.

Our server Josh was great. He always is! Josh and Robbie always pay attention to detail.

Finally something different and worthwhile in Stuart/Palm city! Reminds me of restaurants from my home town of Miami only with a much better, relaxed vibe. Our server, Roby, was incredible as well! Will definitely be our new go to date night spot

Roby was the best server I’ve had in a long time! Charismatic, attentive and helpful. The food was also amazing. The sushi options are super creative and they were all really good. El frito is a must try if you eat here

Second visit to Pez Vela, this time for a birthday the bar and restaurant area are inviting, warm and spacious. Food was spot on and our server Josh did an excellent job of checking in regularly on our group and making sure everyone’s food/ drink met their expectations. Highly recommend Pez Vela and we will definitely be back!!

Niche place. Chef is from Peru. Asian Spanish mix. Sounds strange but you get quality beef or seafood. Small plaza with great bar. Inside outside configuration. Very modern design. Excellent staff. Josh was the bartender who served us. He knew the menu and was great at the specialty drinks. We ordered a clase Azul tequila drink. Thursdays were BOGO. Couple of sushi rolls that were excellent. Being from San Diego, I'm a fresh sushi snob. They passed the fresh test with flying colors. They have a great variety of weekly/ daily specials. Great ambience.

Don’t look any further!! This is the place for an outstanding meal in our beautiful town of Stuart! Our server Josh and his team were on point, attentive and very informative. A wonderful menu with a great selection of dishes and great wine selections. This will be our new go to restaurant, have not had a meal of this caliber in a while. What a gem

Had dinner there last night. The positive, the restaurant is beautiful, the service was very good and the food was good. We decided to go on a Wednesday night, as they had a half-price bottle wine night. We ordered a bottle of Veuve “yellow label”. After dinner, when the check came, I noticed two things. First, the Veuve was listed on the bill for $150, with a $75 discount. I had our server come over to the table, and I showed him their wine list pricing on-line. It showed Veuve yellow label for $135. Not a big deal, but when he came back with a corrected bill, he said the price is $150, but he’d honor it! WOW! I probably would have said something like “our mistake, we will take care of it” The second issue, is restaurants are adding a “service charge”. In the case of Pez Vela, they added 16% to the bill. I understand why some restaurants choose to do this because of rising wholesale food prices. Having run procurement for the nations largest food distributor, I believe pricing has actually come down on most items. I would suggest that instead of sneaking in a “service charge” on your patrons, just raise your prices on the menu. The final coup de gras was when they calculated the service charge off of the undiscounted total bill, not taking into account the half-priced wine. It calculated to almost a 24% tip. This is an owner and management choice. It takes out of my hands what I decide to leave for my server. The good news is that my wife and I have been blessed, and can afford to eat anywhere, we choose to take our business elsewhere.
