I love Pollo Tropical! IT'S REAL FOOD! You can get a half chicken with rice and beans for around $12 dollars. Note that half chicken with rice and beans is less expensive than half chicken with two sides so be sure to order correctly. Yes, they definitely have issues with order accuracy so if that's important make sure you check your bag before you leave. But they do such a high volume, and are always busy. LIke I said for $12, you can get a Whopper meal or real chicken. You're welcome!

A small review about one visit. I was in Stuart for work, had lunch in this cafe, clean, tidy, neat employees. The atmosphere was cool, nearby the manager was conducting interviews with job candidates, it was interesting to listen) and a Christmas tree in the form of a palm lifted the mood) score 4 for a small portion of chicken and bad comments in the reviews. Apparently, chain cafes are forgotten for their service and atmosphere. Good mood and happy holidays!!!

By far the worst pollo tropical i have ever visited with the worst customer service. The manager on duty on December 8th at around 9:25 pm was rude and had an attitude from the start. I went to pick up an order for Connor C. Through uber eats. And when I arrived I was first told that the order would be made shortly. (The order was still displayed on their screens and had not been cleared) then not even 2 minutes later the manager came and with an attitude told me that the order had already been picked up and that the uber driver who picked it up "must've not marked it as delivered."
First of all that's not how uber works. Customers are notified of when their order is picked up and when a driver is nearing the drop off destination. Second, drivers do NOT get paid UNTIL they've marked the order as complete. So no uber driver is going to causally "forget" To mark something as delivered because that's how they make their money and no new orders will come in until the current delivery is confirmed and cleared.
Third of all, the kitchen was incredibly clean almost too clean id say. Had someone actually came in to pick up the order "just a few minutes ago" as they claimed they did. The kitchen would show signs that food had been made and that wasnt the case. Its obvious it had been clean for a while. What I really believe did happen is that the order came in close to closing time and the employees were too lazy to do their job and decided to just leave the order on the screen and basically force the uber driver who would come to pick it up (me) to cancel the order so that they can later on call uber support and claim that nobody picked up the order and get a refund for it.
As someone who's worked in fast food before and has handled incoming delivery orders, I already know how y'all operate. It's disgusting to say the least because not only was I met with disrespect but I lost time and money because of the staff and poor management in this location. Try being more selective of who you promote. Cause that rude hag has no business managing anything.

Overall needs alot of improvement. I ordered three times in total from this place, all three times my order came wrong. It was missing something or it was undercooked (such as frozen yucca bites as fried yucca bits). I feel really bad leaving 1 star but the service is truly horible.

I ordered online a soup 10 minutes in advance. The gentleman cleaning the rest asked he went and tell the girl serving food and she ignored him He asked a minute after she ignored him. He served the soup himself and apologized, he was professional and nice
You need Happy people working if they don’t like the job fired them. The other cook also ignored him. I wondered why rhe rest is empty. And seeing the reviews. I don’t think I could come back.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large choppy bowl. I asked for white rice Polo pork black beans on the side no peppers but everything else was fine. I get to the window I asked for garlic sauce and pineapple sauce. The person taking my order was rude every step of the way I get to the window and she's rude while taking my money.
I get home I have tons of white rice an unbelievable amount of peppers 3 bites of meat no sauce worst experience I've ever had and I've been eating at this Polo location for over 10 years.

What can I say about this restaurant. It was good years ago. The service was excellent. The last half dozen times, I have had issues. My order is not ready when I come to pick them up. Food items are missing. The food is good service sucks.
