While camping in Jonathan Dickinson State Park, we drove into Stuart and spotted the Pollo Tropical! Had an EXCELLENT meal and watched a real manager jump in to help the staff on a truly busy afternoon!!
Got a crispy chicken Tropichop to go...got home and was hardly any chicken and that was cut too small.. Hadn't been there in a while and very disappointed

I’m not typically someone who leaves reviews, but I felt compelled to share our experience. The service here is consistently exceptional. We are always greeted as soon as we walk in, and the food is fresh, delicious, and prepared quickly — perfect for enjoying a relaxing lunch. The manager, Eduardo, always makes us feel welcome. He greets us personally and ensures we are well taken care of. The positive impact he has on his team is clear in both the quality of the food and how smoothly the kitchen operates. We also recently noticed the new renovations — the updated color scheme and interior design are a great touch. When you see familiar faces coming in again and again, you know a place is doing something right. Eduardo and his team have created an environment that keeps us wanting to return. We always look forward to coming back, and I highly recommend this location. I am confident you won’t be disappointed.
