On my way back to Orlando and was passing this location tried using the app and every item is unavailable, enquired about it with the team member and was told "I don't use the app, " requested manager who told us they are unable to do anything with it, or even honor the specials or offers displayed, she also stated that they really need to come better when they come out with the app in the future. Future... I have been using the app for years now.

The young guy at the window with black hair is extremely rude. He has zero customer service skills. He charged me extra for asking for extra sauce and proceeded to get annoyed with me that I wanted more than two sauces. This is why I hate ordering at Popeyes there’s always something.

Place is very dirty. Spike with manager to tell her and she said ok that's it with an attitude. Bathroom was totally disgusting.chicken smelled rotten and had no flavor. I think it was raw.

The 2 children working the front counter never spoke. No greeting when I entered and I of course had to speak first. I let them know I had a Moble order and the kids slightly pushed a bag towards me. Again he never spoke I said thank you and he had no reply. This is becoming more and more common but managers have to try to address it. In the service industry you have to speak to customers.
I was craving crispy wings after working Super Bowl Sunday. I went to Popeyes and tried their sweet and spicy wings and they HIT THE SPOT. The crispy texture was undeniable, and the sweet and spicy sauce was not too overpowering. I’m excited to try the other flavors they offer.A quick tip: shake your wings in the container so your sauce of choice even coats them.Thanks, Popeyes.

The food at this location is consistently good. There is a team leader at this location that sternly runs "her ship." Sometimes, when I eat here, I feel empathetic towards the employees, but then I eat the results of her hard work, and I understand.
