Was checking to see if this place was still open. Not surprised that it is closed. The food was EXTREMELY expensive, your order was ALWAYS wrong, customer service was non existent and the wait times ridiculous. What an epic fail this place turned out to be.

Would love to give this place 5 stars. The employees are rock solid. The food is spectacular. It's always clean. The dirt pudding is what dreams are made of. However the employees and the community have shown up to a locked building due to the OWNER of primos, failing to be his rent. The building owner has locked out the employees and the now this business will probably close. It's a shame that done owners simply don't understand that in a business, especially the first year, you are not guaranteed a pay check or a lavish lifestyle. Instead we have several employees out of jobs with zero fair warning, and yet another establishment with its doors shut. Pay your dang bills. It's not like the owners shut the door and closed the business. Who opens an eatery under the idea of paying their building rent on a monthly basis? Successful business owners would have had a years worth of rent upfront. Would have had a years worth of salaries up front. It's inexcusable for a national chain to have it's doors locked due to failure to pay rent. Welcome to yet another 🤡 show.

My sandwiches are usually always great. This restaurant has the potential to be something great but it fails in so many ways. What they seem to be lacking the most is staffing. I have visited several times since their grand opening and have been disappointed just about every time, I go back with the hopes that things will change. The waiting time is ridiculous from the time you walk in the door u til you finally get your sandwich. After waiting nearly 15 minutes & watched other customers who were behind me, go out the door, I had to ask where my sandwich was. When I finally got it wasn't made the way I ordered. Please get yourself some staff to keep up with the demand & to keep your customers happy.

I have eaten here three times now in the past month and all my hoagies have all been absolutely delicious. Their red potato salad is the best I have ever eaten. I'm always greeted with a friendly smile and a hello. They are quick to take and make my order. Thanks for the great service and delicious food. I'll be back to try more of your tasty hoagies.

Primo is my go to sub. Having beginning my Primo experience in Pennsylvania, I was excited to hear about this location when moving to Stuart. At first, it was not up to par, but with the new ownership I have only great experiences. Yes, at times the wait may be longer than other cookie cutter sub places... but their ingredients are fresh and the time it takes is because all subs are made to special order. They offer great deals if you are on the app with discounts every Wednesday and Saturday. They are our go to for our Miami Dolphin tailgates instead of lugging coolers of food too cook ourselves! I do highly recommend!
I made a very large order over the phone and Bob was very patient and kind, and help me understand a few menu items. All 11 sandwiches were ready on time, perfectly made, and absolutely delicious; my group was thrilled. We also really enjoyed the pepper shooters (my new fave) and the mozzarella balls. They're under new management from what I understand and its clear. Keep up the good work, guys, and thanks again for a great experience. Will be ordering again soon!

I had high hopes for this restaurant when it opened, but I have been met with nothing but bad experiences. The wait times for food are ridiculous. I have yet to wait less than 20 minutes for a sandwich even when placing the order ahead of time or there being no one else in the store. Today I placed an online order for delivery. I placed the order at 10:35am to be delivered at noon. I got a notice that it would be arriving late around 12:30. 12:30 came and went, still no food. Then I check the tracking and it shows that it will be delivered around 1:30. The other issue is that almost every time we have ordered, there is something wrong with the order. This is super disappointing for how expensive these sandwiches are. EDIT: Just received the sandwich and surprise surprise, it's wrong again.
