Only took me two months to write this...been busy relocating to New Mexico (I know, right?)But anyways, ate it too darn fast to remember taking any pictures if the actual Hoagies, but I wish I'd have stopped in here more often before moving, to try all the variations and grades of meat.Just excellent, authentic, not sure which cities style they claim, the cheesesteak, corned beef, and even the plain turkey were fantastic! Rolls were nice and fresh too...Shout out to the General Manager, Nicole Holland.I'll be back when I swing through.

The best heros I have ever had. Everything tastes so fresh. Unlike the soft flimsy rolls everyone else uses, Primos bread is very hearty, and has such a great bite to it.......COUNT YOUR DAYS SUBWAY!

Came to grab a few sandwiches for take out, enjoyed a little Mac salad while waiting. Phenomenal! For someone who has very high standards for quality food, this certainly exceeded my expectations! Classic Italian was not only stunning, but a 17/10 ! Chicken parm was also delicious, I would just like. Little extra sauce on the side next time for dipping. Very friendly staff, beautiful fresh food, and impeccably clean establishment. Can’t wait to share with others!

I've eaten here 3 times, didn't have any issues with my food or the price. I found the staff friendly.

The bread was rock hard. When I asked about it I was told very rudely by the manager " that the bread is from up north and that's how they like it " then she proceeded to throw another loaf of bread on my table. I guess I was supposed to remake my own sandwich? Definitely don't recommend it and will not be going back.

What a great experience! I was visiting from out of state and was just tired and hungry. The staff greeted me like they knew me forever. The manager Kristy, was very accommodating to my dietary needs.

I love hoagies and I always try to give a business at least three or four visits if they do not get it right the first time. But this place? They really, REALLY need customer service uptraining. The service is very slow no matter how you order, online or in person. Nine times out of 10 your VERY expensive sub will be mid at best. I ordered a cheese steak on my third visit and asked for very specific toppings. Due to the mistakes and missing toppings from my last two visits I made sure to check my order right as they handed it to me. It was just meat (very unappetizing looking meat) and gloppy cheese. I didn't even bother this time to have them remake it. (that doesn't work by the way they will still screw it up) I had them refund me. I hope they get it together eventually because this area needs a good hoagie spot. Jersey Mike's, Rinaldi's and Hobe Sound Deli even Publix are way better than this place. Cheaper too.

Went to the grand opening. Food was awesome. Went today for a second time and had the cheesesteak hoagie. It was delicious and I love the red pepper salad that they sell as a side! Nice staff as well!

Long story. The place is clean-the ingredients are great for the most part, but don't expect real grilled steak and cheese, it's not. This is our 3rd visit to this location. Visit #1 was on opening day so it's really not fair to judge accurately, although it's a franchise, and having had a franchise myself... opening day should be perfect because they get lots of help and support. Anyway, we were somewhat happy with the food that day except for the bread. It was dense and seemed stale, oh And my chicken cutlet was cold but the brocolli rabe was hot so go figure. 2 out of 5 subs were cut in 1/2 but they came out ok. Yep, the service was slow and some orders were messed up that day but come on guys, they were still learning, and it was really crowded. (DINED IN)Visit #2-they totally messed up two simple orders and the bread was super hard and seemed stale. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken and I specifically asked the owner if the chicken was the cutlet not the cubes and she told me it was the cutlet and guess what I got? CUBES of chicken and not a great texture. The second sub was a steak and cheese hoagie and we were told they could do the onions and peppers well cooked. NOPE, raw barely warm meat and uncooked onions with NO PEPPERS and NO CHEESE, AND the bread was tasty but hard a a rock. Too late, we were already home. (TAKE OUT)I was about to give up but then I remembered I had a gift certificate so we decided to give it one last try.Visit #3 (today). We asked at the counter if the bread was fresh (was told yes) we asked if we could have the bread scooped out in the middle (was told YES). So...we ordered 2 sharp Italian PRIMO'S with no onions, pepper spread, lettuce and tomato, oil and vinegar. GUESS WHAT? The order came out PERFECT except the bread was still hard a bit hard (mostly the ends). We took the 2nd half home, removed the lettuce and tomato, wrapped them in foil and tossed them in the oven for a few minutes and the bread came out soft in the center and crispy on the outside. It was a lot of work but TASTED so much better. The kids working there tonight paid attention and got the order absolutely perfect. We just need a better bread option so maybe next time we will try one first thing in the morning when the bread comes out of the oven. Not sure if I want to try this place again but maybe my hubby will. I think I"m done. (DINED IN)
