I just ordered ramen from them and there was a mistake. They accidentally gave me sushi instead of ramen but when I called back to tell them about it they said I could still come and pick up my ramen. I misheard them on the phone, thought they said I could just keep the sushi so I said thank you and went to go pick up my food. When I got there, they asked where the sushi was and I let them know that I left it at home due to a misunderstanding. When I got home, I was really happy to see they also gave me donuts as well. All of the food that I've had from them over the past year has been top notch and they are very friendly. If you can't find a good ramen place, go here. Thank you so much for having amazing service and food, I'll definitely be going back again and again.

The food was okay my issue is not with that my issue is that when I went to sit down the chair broke and I fell on the floor and when the manager came over he told me essentially that I have to sit softer and that it has happened to him before ( I sat like a regular person it’s not like I was jumping around in the chair) meal goes on he comes over and ask if I’m okay and I say that my back hurts and he just laughs it away didn’t ask me if I needed ice or anything!! He brings desert on the house for our party at the end and then tried to bribed us for good reviews. I’m lucky that I’m a young able body person and I’ll just be sore for a couple days but god forbid someone else not so lucky sits in one of their chairs and gets seriously injured. The whole way the manager handled the situation was awful he never apologized and just laughed the situation away was extremely disrespectful!!! Also get new chairs if you know they break easily

So I dont usually leave a negative review unless I absolutely have too. So we ordered our Food which tasted good. We had Ramen, Sushi amd Tuna Tataki along with Yellowtail. Service was slow as there was only 1 server but we dealt with it. The issue comes now! We ordered Thai Donuts along with extra sauce. Well in the sauce there was a Roach! I took it out and it was a small Roach. Clearly visible and completely intact. We showed the waiter and while he apologized and immediately took it away there was no compensation or discount of any sort offered. At the very least the dessert could have been removed and the Manager could have come out to talk to us. Needless to say we will never eat there again. Seeing 1 Roach is worrysome as to what else may go on in the Food.

I absolutely love coming to Raman Hana Sushi! Vicky was our server today and she was amazing, super friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. I come to this location often whenever I’m craving a good, fresh ramen experience, and they never disappoint. The ramen is always flavorful and comforting, and the boba was incredible too! Definitely a 10/10 experience every single time. Highly recommend!

I’m not really sure why this place gets so many 5 star reviews. My own experience was adequate, but definitely not worth 5 stars. I ordered the Shio Ramen and it had such a strong flavor I could not eat it. Maybe it’s a traditional Japanese flavor which is not to my taste but, it literally tasted like a piece of old driftwood was boiled in a pot and served up with ramen and an old boiled egg. My husbands spicy miso ramen was arguably better and I immediately regretted my choice once I tasted his. The gyoza was fine (nothing special) and the atmosphere was the same… just meh. It just seems like an old Irish pub that was repurposed with a coat of red and black paint to make it feel ‘Asian’? Props for the anime art sprinkled throughout. The most hilarious part was when we were leaving we tried to say goodbye in Japanese and the wait staff looked at us like we were idiots and said…”oh we’re not Japanese! (Haha)” Gotta love Florida. Sorry guys, I really wanted this to be a 5 star place, but it’s giving 3 stars…and only because the ramen my husband had was somewhat tasty. Otherwise it was just a meh experience.
