This place is great. Good service. Great food Actually a place where you can carton a conversation and enjoy your time and the good is excellent. The ribs are fantastic along with the chicken wings. Happy hour is worth it

So today my wife and I decided we would come to Sammy J’s for their hangover bowl. I’ve always been able to substitute the hash browns for the biscuit. Today the owner just said, nope. Not going to accommodate that any longer. Very poor customer service and attitude. Time to find another breakfast place where the owner takes care of their customers.

Food is pretty good but as others have stated, the service is terrible. Sit down or take out. Yes, there are some very good employees so let’s not discredit them but placed an order to go. Wait 7 minutes alone at the counter. 3 workers behind the counter just sipping on drinks and talking to the back kitchen staff. I had to legitimately walk over to the take out foods. Find my name. Tell them “Hey, my food has been sitting here. I’m taking it. Bye”. Add to that, food ended up being cold due to SOME of the lazy workers there who have no work ethic. Simply put, the restaurant itself pretty good. As for the employees, the lazy ones know who they are and the ones who work hard won’t take offense to this. But you know who you are.

We always enjoy going to Sammy's. Big menu with lots to choose from. Gave food 4 stars this time rather than 5 because my wife didn't love the beef dip and said she wouldn't order it again. It didn't come with onions as the menu described.

We had a good visit with friends. The hostess seated us quickly, we did have a reservation as we arrived just after Happy Hour started (3-6) for drinks and food. The server was pleasant, interacted well, making sure our beverages and food were fine.She was also was not intrusive into our conversation time. We enjoyed our time there and found the surroundings vibrant and welcoming. People of all ages just enjoying the atmosophere. We will return again!

Been here before for breakfast, food was good, but the service was slow. The table next to us came in afterwards, ordered and got their food before us. Tried this place again, got our drinks quickly and again waited some time for someone to take our order, then waited and waited for our food. Omelet was good, but the hash browns tasted like they had freezer burn on them. Their waitresses need to get trained on keeping track of customer orders and their customers. Maybe they just don't want customers on walkers in their establishment.
The staff here is great and the food is always good. I consider this place my breakfast spot.

I’ve been to Sammy J’s plenty of times, and it never disappoints. The food’s always on point big portions, cooked right, and comes out quick. The French toast is always loaded and delicious. The place just has that laid back local vibe that makes you wanna keep coming back.
Lisa and Nate are awesome super friendly and always take care of you. They make the whole experience better every time I’m in. You can tell they actually enjoy what they do.
If you’re in Stuart and want a legit breakfast spot with great service and even better food, Sammy J’s is the move.
