What can we say! Sandras' cakes are the best!
We met her a few months before our wedding for a tasting session which was great, although it made it virtually impossible to pick what kind of cake we wanted as they all tasted incredible! We opted for 2 tier (one lemon curd and one blueberry & white chocolate). She makes all the jams, filling, edible lace etc, herself using the highest quality ingredients. She is a perfectionist.
Aside from this, she took the time to deliver our beautiful cake to our wedding venue (in the middle of nowhere!) to ensure it arrived in one piece and then she dressed it beautifully onsite.
When her smiley wee face popped round the door to my room as I was getting ready, it made my day. I knew I didn't have to worry about a thing, she had it all in hand. As I said, she's a perfectionist. Thank you so much for being part of our big day Sandra. You are the best. Lots of love, Alma & Steve x

Sandra, thank you for making our dream wedding cake! From the very beginning, you have been so lovely and helpful and were more than happy to talk through different cake designs and flavours with us. We wanted a very simple, classic cake and you completely exceeded our expectations! We had three tiers to our cake and 2 and a half of them were eaten during the wedding night - everyone commented on how delicious it was. Especially the carrot cake! We were so pleased that the venue held back half of the top tier for us to enjoy at home!! We honestly couldn’t have asked for anymore with our cake, thank-you Sandra!! ❤️

I ordered two cakes from Sandra and she delivered them to the hotel we were hosting the party. It wa so easy!! Not only did I fall in love with Sandra but so did the hotel staff. Her service and her cakes are impeccable. Both cakes are exactly what I requested to match the theme and she went above and beyond. They were delicious and not one bite went to waste. When the cakes went through the restaurant everyone was drawn to them. I highly recommend Sandra’s cakes for your next event. I can’t wait to find an excuse to throw another party and order a cake.

Sandra took the time to work with me and is very efficient and organized and made the entire transaction seamless.
