We have loved Sonny's BBQ for years and we were close by and decided to stop by for dinner. Awesome food (sliced pork from the pit). My sides were green beans and coleslaw and my wife got the sweet potatoes and slaw. Portions are nice and the meat was cut nice and thin. The unsweetened ice was excellent and is brewed and not from a fountain!!Our waitress was Vanessa and she is on top of the game and super attentive. This facility is Clean, hygienic and would highly recommend this from a food quality and price to performance perspective.Oh by the way, there is plenty of parking and handicapped accessible ramps. Their toilets are super clean also.

The waitress had an attitude to start, my brother ordered all you can eat ribs. It wasn't until he asked for more ribs that there was a problem. Suddenly we were told that we ordered from an old menu, which was what she brought us. We asked her why she didn't say anything when we ordered about extra charges and she looked like she was stuck. It was finally sorted out but another waitress was serving us. The service was terrible. My beef Brisket was bone dry, but the rest of the food was good.

Food was a little dry (overcooked) for my taste, but it was okay. Service was good and the men's bathroom was clean.

This will be my second time visiting this Sonny's BBQ location. The first time was during my anniversary road trip(12/29/22). Coming from Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. Just to go to Sonny's BBQ. Welcomed by Amy the server who was pleasantly nice and informative. It was Sunday (1/15/23) I order an all-you-can-eat chicken dinner. The food was incredible. Part 2 review will be about Amy the server. Stay tuned.Part 2 reviewAmy the server was pleasantly nice and informative. Here is what I mean, greeted me and my wife with a soft voice and a smile always a plus. Amy kept that demeanor throughout our dining experience. Now, this is what I mean by informative, I ask for a chicken dinner Amy politely informed me that the All-you-can-eat Chicken Dinner is cheaper and you get more food for your buck. I said I'll take that deal. While having a discussion with my wife about the deal my wife said I believe that includes the side item as well, my response was I don't think so, l believe it's for the chicken only that would be crazy. So I asked Amy the pleasant server to explain again the deal she did with a smile and my wife was right. Yeap, the side dish items are included in the deal, and it doesn't have to be the same two items. THAT IS CRAZY!!! Thank you, Amy, for a server job well conducted. But there is more of the story in part 3 coming soon.Part 3: Best Deal In TownI have been coming to Sonny's BBQ for over three decades to just about every Sonny's BBQ in south Florida. I like to get my usual chicken dinner no matter what day it is. To my knowledge, no server ever recommended the ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT CHICKEN DINNER on Sunday until I met Amy the pleasant server who does it with a smile at the Stuart, Fl. location. I don't know when Sonny's BBQ started this Sunday DEAL, and I mean DEAL. ALL-YOU-CAN-EAT CHICKEN PLUS the side items. This is the best deal in South Florida. Here is the icing on the cake, ALL JUST $10.Guess what I will be getting next time!?

Parking: More than enough parking for you.

My granddaughter and I went to Sonny's last nite about 7:30. It wasn't very busy, maybe a quarter of the tables full. A sign was out front telling you to seat yourself. So we walked into the dining room and just to confirm I asked a waitress walking by if we should pick out a table, she said yes. So we seated ourselves and waited for a server, and waited, and waited. I saw plenty of servers and at least one busperson. At one point I got up and got a menu myself so we could choose something in case we were ever waited on. After 25 minutes and not one person coming by to check on us, we got up and left. They did smile and say goodbye on the way out and hoped we enjoyed our meal.... seriously?

Really disappointed would be an understatement. I came in and placed a catering order with a manager and one of the waitresses and paid in full. When I came to pick up the food at the scheduled time they had no record of my order and none of the food was ready. Luckily I had my receipt and the staff who was present got my 30 person order ready in 20 minutes (they did a great job given the circumstances). I was told the manager would call me Monday (12/19), it is now 12/23 and I have yet to receive a call. I would highly recommend placing catering orders elsewhere.

I ordered today for a group of producers at my residence producing a documentary movie.I wanted to try Sunnys on a whim for lunch. We picked up the order and ordered 4 meats and sides, only got 3 meats. For 100 bucks it felt very short. Be careful my people, they may short you on the order. Management should be aware of this to avoid a problem in their future. Not cool. Probably will never go back. Hope they realize my followers, it's abundant.

Amazing staff!!!!! Everyone was extremely helpful, quick to help. I must say this about an employee named David. He's a very young man and every time we had a question regarding ordering our Thanksgiving meal and he didn't know the answer, he would make it a point to find an answer. Not once did he become frustrated and he always had a big beautiful smile on his face. The staff was so kind, friendly, helpful and quick to greet other customers as they walked in. The atmosphere was wonderful. This is a very good location to eat at. I recommend Sonny's for your bbq/catering needs. I'm very impressed with them.

Word is from - ….. at Sonny’s at least 5 customers a DAY leave without eating there.it’s said they walk in ask another when will the Salad Bar be back. Corporate. Who ever this women is probably needs to be dismissed! 5 Cust or 5 families leave!I hear in the grapevine Sonny has a well known competition will be our NEW Sonny’s.When people simply taste this outfits barbecue pork sandwich, Sonny’s will be history. It’s so good I drive 50 miles to get one. It’s amazing and cooked chopped in front of you! It actually makes one forget about salad. Time,

Not the best BBQ around and certainly not Texas BBQ but it will scratch the itch for a reasonable price. The pulled pork is sweet with a bit of vinegar which is pretty much what you'd expect. A little light on the smokiness though. The sliced pork had better smoke flavor. I will go back and try the brisket and smoked wings.

I don't know usually I'm very happy with Sonny's I love Sonny's. But that day man the ribs were cold they weren't even warm I had the all-you-can-eat and every time they brought ribs to me they were room temperature. I don't know if they got new cooks or not I lived in Martin County all my life and been going to Sonny's for quite a few years never have I had cold ribs come to my table

Sonny's is a regional, run-of-the-mill, sit-down barbecue restaurant chain founded in the late 60s here in Florida. I believe there are now well over 100 locations smearing their sauce all over the American Southeast. This location is one of the newer ones, providing easy, abundant parking with a short walk to the door. I believe they also provide curbside pickup, as well. The dining room is clean and simple, filled with row after row of molded laminate seats for everyone. The tables sport the usual seasonings, a roll of paper towels and an array of squirt bottles filled with a bevy of bbq sauces. The quality of the food is consistently good, serving ample portions of food for a reasonable price. While it may not be award-winning bbq, it is certainly prepared and served competently. The corn nuggets are of the mass produced type, but they're good. Same goes for the tater tots. The bbq egg rolls, however, are a deliciously unctuous treat deep fjwith pork and melted cheese. I am a big fan of the St Louis style ribs. They're meaty and delicious. Still, the thinly sliced pork is a surprising, unexpected winner for me.The service has always been consistently good, and friendly, though sometimes the servers seem a little frazzled, like they've had too long a day.All in all, I'd recommended this location with no pause or fear. In my experience, you're going to have an enjoyable meal, then leave full and happy without too much of a dent in your wallet.
