Went to the Spritz Bistro, in Stuart, today. The waitress was fantastic. Very nice, attentive, but not overly, the drinks were great: generous pour, and the food was fantastic. It's a bit pricey, but was worth it. Would definitely recommend.

Rio at Spriz is absolutely fantastic! He makes amazing drinks every time, and you can tell how much he truly cares about his craft. Beyond the drinks, he’s so kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. You always feel taken care of when Rio is behind the bar—definitely someone who goes above and beyond.

Beck yeah, ive been drooling over their menu for months. Planning a trip to Florida just to visit. Most chill vibes ive ever seen.
We were blown away by how great all of our dishes were!! The Caesar salad with blackened chicken and the poke bowl with tuna were so high quality but the star of the show were the chicken tikka meatballs as an app. Loved how unique and flavorful they were.

8/27/25 Another 5 ⭐️restaurant! Been going here for a few years now. I don’t know why I didn’t write a review about Spritz sooner. I think the people who work at restaurants seem to impress me the most. Perhaps, because I was a server all through College and then for the first two or three years of working at my day job, I would still work at a restaurant in Pennsylvania. Rio, the bartender ,seems to have been working there a long time I see him a lot. He has impressed me the most ! He is so courteous, attentive and goes out of his way to acknowledge you as a repeated customer . Rio listens to you when you’re ordering food. He also repeats and clarifies your order. I love that. I feel RIO deserves a special “shout out” from me. I also had a conversation with a young lady who was cleaning all the wine glasses. Unfortunately, I did not ask her name. I complimented her on how thoroughly she cleaned the wine glasses and holds them up to double check for spots. It’s another thing I look for when I order wine. I enjoy having a spotless wine glass. She also does an awesome job! She thanked me for appreciating her. So sweet!
