While in the area I visited this establishment a couple times. The first of these times, as I was walking up, I noticed a man with bleach blonde hair with pink in it. As I ordered my coffee and sat outside editing a book, over my shoulder he sat in his car. He continued to stare at me in his car, in the parking lot for several hours. When I’d look over my shoulder to see if he was still there, he’d subtly wave me over. This happened many times. At one point I went to have a smoke break away from the door and when I looked up he flashed his lights at me and again subtly waved. During the time I felt a complete unease. I was skeaved out. Afraid if I’d gone over he would solicit me. When I finally looked over and noticed he was gone I felt at ease. As I opened the door on my second visit, my heart sunk. This same individual from the previous day was there, behind the counter. I wished that I wouldn’t have to speak with him and l thankfully that was the case.
The rest of the staff were very helpful and cordial.

Every single drink I’ve ordered has been absolutely terrible. Iced or hot, it doesn’t matter. Not sure how you mess up an iced latte, but they’ve found a way.

The absolute best Starbucks around. I get an iced coffee every evening and it's always made the way I requested . Malissa, Ian, and Sam are efficient and pleasant each visit truly creating the perfect Starbucks visit

The girl who took my order did it quickly and efficiently. She was very friendly. They got my order out very fast and allowed me to sit and watch YouTube with headphones for about 20 minutes. The restaurant and restroom were immaculate

Creative Butterfly
Disturbing and disgusting thing just happened. I came inside to use the bathroom and throw away my garbage in the outside trash can and when I came in to use the bathroom a grown older man in his 40's came out of the WOMANS bathroom. There was pee on the seat when I went in and cleaned it up and etc. The woman's bathroom is for the WOMAN ONLY,I don't care how impatient the guy was, he should have waited for the men's bathroom, there should only be a men and a woman's bathroom. I felt grossed out and disturbed. Imagine how quickly that could've turned into rape situation or cameras being put in there or something. I called them to let them know and the girl on the phone was kinda calm sounding and thanked me for letting her know. I didn't know how to react while being there, part of me wanted to yell at the guy but the other part was just shocked. Not going to this location again. So much for peoples safety.

Arrived this morning to pick up a mobile order and sign on the door says in-store cafe is closed, drive-thru is open. At least 10-12 beverages sitting on the mobile order pick-up counter, but the people who ordered them have to wait in the long 7:30 am car line to get to them??? The reason we were given was “understaffing.” How about “in-store cafe closed EXCEPT for mobile order pick up” to keep things moving efficiently?

Service was fine but the dirtiest Starbucks I have seen. I haven’t been to a Starbucks in a long time. But this absolutely makes me sure I will not go back. Flies around the food in the food cabinet. Sales clerk said it’s ok we don’t use that food; seriously almost all the items were gone. The floors and countertops were all super sticky; garbage everywhere. Ick luckily I just got a black coffee. My husband got a cold apple cinnamon specialty coffee. Disappointing.
