I don't normally leave reviews for fast food type places because I truly do understand that everyone who works there is most likely stressed and busy and deals with difficult customers all day but my experience at this Starbucks location yesterday was very disrespectful and I left in shock. After telling the kind young man at the register my order, he forgot to relay on the order (mocha frappe oat milk no diary whatsoever) that my drink was to be non dairy, as I have a severe dairy allergy so the other young man ended up making the drink with whip cream on top, which was fine mistakes happen. I politely asked him if he could please remake it with no whipcream and he did with no problem. The issue arose when a woman working there interrupted us to start berating my senior mother and I about how there was no point in him doing that and that the mocha sauce has dairy and has always had a dairy background. She was repeating herself over and over loudly waving her hands at us telling me all this inaccurate information in the rudest way in front of everyone while it was busy. So not only was she being loud making a spectacle of something ridiculous, she was also loudly speaking out completely wrong information as if we were just dummies or something. It was all very embarrassing as I don't like confrontation and didn't understand the hostility. A 2 second google search on her end could have easily informed her that Starbucks regular mocha sauce is infact diary free .....Like I stated it was busy there I'm sure everyone was stressed but there's no need to belittle people with wrong information like that, it also seemed to make the poor young man who had to remake the order look completely defeated and I felt so bad for him. I just stood there and listened to her go off on us in shock. The drink he did remake tasted great, though I was shedding a few tears while drinking it from just the embarrassment of that all happening right in front of everyone when it was packed. Please educate staff members at this location so no one else with a severe allergy has to be gaslighted like that going forward...

We just moved here, I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but the drinks are always awful and my order is always missing something from the mobile order, I’ll have to find another one out of the way.

I am not from the area and don’t normally get Starbucks where I live and go to a different coffee shop. I ordered a grande iced Carmel macchiato with 2 pumps of vanilla and vanilla cold foam and received my drink with whipped cream, because these employees are too lazy to make cold foam that I paid $1.25 for! Also noticed drinks are not being filled to the top all the way! I did not ask for anything to be, fixed because I did not have the time for them to correct their mistakes. I gave 2 stars instead of one just because employees seemed friendly at least. Hope Starbucks can do better than this.

i used to come here all the time and recently i have been noticing that my drinks aren’t being filled up all the way and it’s mostly all foam for paying $8 for a drink i think the least you could do is fill the cup up with the drink

I stop here regularly to get my iced coffee and the service and staff are wonderful. The days Brittany is working the window are even better she has the most pleasant personality and always makes certain that the coffee is made exactly how I like it. As I said at the start this store has the best Starbucks staff in the area and Brittany particularly is a fantastic employee and representative for Starbucks

Little annoyed that I had a discount reward on my app, showed it to the cashier, scanned my barcode and was told it didn't work. They shrugged and did not fix the problem or honor the discount then told me it's an issue to take up with corporate via the app. They're one of two employees I've noticed that seem really annoyed every time I've come in there. I work in the service industry and managed a cafe in a bustling city, so I totally get the stress that comes with it. However, I also know how easy it is to be polite when a customer is in front of you.
Reason for my review: I wanted to point out that the customer service here is not always great. But you'll get the drink you ordered. Skilled baristas.
Normally I wouldn't care to write a review for a chain restaurant about their subpar customer service, but with the price that we are paying for coffee these days... Come on.
