Please, for the love of God I hope the manager reads this please ensure your staff are bagging the delivery orders instead of just letting them just sit there on the back counter while the delivery drivers just stand around and wait unnecessarily when the order is ready. I was just here picking up a Frappuccino and basically had to wait 10 minutes while I see it is ready sitting on the counter, but it’s not in the bag.
The delivery orders must be ready before the drivers arrive. That is how this works.

The slowest Starbucks I have ever been too. Every single time I’ve come here it’s been awful and the longest wait. I waited over 30 mins in the drive thru and it was not busy.

There is a guy I don’t know if he is the manager I don’t know what he is in charge of. That usually wear glasses and a hat. He doesn’t know how to treat customers and communicate. Rude, no education and inconvenient. I’m never buying in the store again.

Absolutely disgusting service! My husband stopped for a meeting and as he was in a meeting a manger by the name of LOUIS interrupted his meeting saying that the store has a policy stating you must purchase to sit in. My husband is a normal customer of Starbucks and shops here and at other locations constantly. My husband informed the manager that as soon as he finished his meeting he would purchase. He did not have a chance to immediately purchase as he quickly stoped in and needed to start. Minutes later the manger approaches him again stating he's has been there for 10 minutes and policy states you cannot sit in for 10 minutes and not purchase specifically which was a bold face lie and no time is specifically stated which he knows because he is a consumer of Starbucks. This manager was very disgusting, he had absolutely no respect, kindness, or patience after being notified that he was in a meeting and as soon as it ended he would purchase. This is very Nasty behavior about a $6 item to interrupt someones business meeting over especially from the store manager himself. Let alone the table was disgusting full of muffin crumbs and sticky from previous guest drinks. My husband had to clean the table off himself enough to sit down. It was a quick unpleasant stop. Louis is VERY disgusting and rude. Starbucks is a place that most people go for peace and work this was not in fact peaceful. He continued to disrespect and disrupt my husband constantly after he was informed that he would sure enough purchase. I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint. There were many people siting outside with absolutely nothing and he chose to come to someone in a meeting to disturb and lied about the policy stating a time limit.

The service was great, friendly, fast, helpful but the atmosphere was terrible. The station that has the Half &Half, Milk, Napkins, Stirs was a mess. The Half&Half was empty. No coffee stirs. Myself and one lady sitting were the only customers. There was plenty of staff standing around laughing but no one cleaned up the station or restocked it. There was a guy working in the back that was screaming laughing. It was really inappropriate and so loud that it was loud even out in the front area with the swinging doors closed between the front and back area. I got a coffee and it was fine but the half & half was empty.

It seems they are under new management. There are a lot of new faces. I typically visit two to three times a week and go through the drive-thru. It's right near the school that I teach at so it's very convenient. Their customer service is always wonderful and very quick. I enjoy coming here as well as the other coffee establishments that are in the area. My favorite drink from them is the cherry chai latte -which is a seasonal drink, my go-to here is their chai tea with almond milk. I also like their ham and Swiss croissant from time to time.
