Can’t give it any less stars. They were so upset from the get go. Then did not give us what we ordered and gave attitude to provide what was ordered. They obviously had a bad day or something, but should be nice to every customer. Had to catch my order. Literally. Never again. Glad we’re not local to experience that customer service again.

The lady that works there always has a rude face and makes comments about customers. And they were racist to my friends because they are black, im from Miami we arent racist in the workforce to especially customers. Hire people with more class.

I give an order at the window and it is WRONG 95% of the time. How hard is it to use the register in the drive in window? This guy is suppose to be in charge of people, WHO trained him? LISTEN to people when they order so they can get the coffee and food they ASK for.

Chandel just made a return customer out of me. I was welcomed and and treated like a friend. My buddy has restrictions on what he can drink right now. She made the Chia light and gave me some Chia on the side for him to add if he can. Thank you so much kind lady. I'll be back. Big smiles!

I got the gingerbread loaf and gingerbread ice chai for the holidays and it was delicious!! My cashier was Levi and he was very helpful and friendly. I saw a previous review saying he wasn’t very friendly, but that wasn’t my experience at all? I think she might have a bad day or something, because Levi was one of the best cashiers I’ve ever had. And he’s pretty cute.

Old guy there always seems to have an attitude, and gets upset over basic things like instructions that he wants to change. Just rude. When I told him what the instructions says he got an even bigger attitude and kept closing the window.Great service (sarcasm)

It’s retail, so I’m fairly certain the baristas aren’t to blame. PSL is terrible for traffic and crowding anyway, but for a company that prides itself on replicating complex proprietary drink-making methods, this location is poorly managed.The retail location has an abysmal traffic flow with narrow thoroughfares that make backing out impossible when the line snakes out the drive-thru, because everyone knows that without explicit direction (and enforcement) everyone will drift in the drive-way and block any parked patrons. This scenario, as it turns out, is extraordinarily frequent at this location, which I can only guess is caused by understaffing and poor scheduling - all of which tells me that at a regional/corporate level, the lines don’t matter so long as they continue to reap profits.Expect to wait twenty minutes for your plain black coffee.
