Ran in and out to grab coffee so can't comment on food this time. I will say that they have some great gluten-free options and every time I grab something it's consistent. The service is always amazing and it's a consistent product each time. While this is a corporate store, it's run like a local business: the staff is friendly and has fun working here, they remember their customers by name and by what they drink, and the atmosphere is very comfortable. You can come in here and work, hang out and meet friends, or run in and out for something quick - it's all good.

Really great staff, helpful, went out their way I think, and remade my order when I ordered at the wrong store. The furniture was stylish and comfortable. Barista brewed the London Fog tea latte perfectly.

I went to this location twice while visiting my aunt and they had great service both days, they were also quick. Our drinks tasted great. The 2nd time we got a pup cup for my aunts neighbors dog and the employee was just as excited about it as us!

I drove 6 mins for mobile order. Wasn’t even started. Why is drive thru service quicker than preorder. And there’s no effort just wait. Don’t even see a manger present.

This is BY FAR my favorite location! It's very well managed. Also, I'm really confused by all the drive thru complaints in other reviews, but have a sneaking suspicion it's the result of lazy grumpy impatient people that were probably the root cause of their own issue, lol.

This location has a VERY busy drive thru simply because it is covering for the lack of a good location further south in Hobe Sound. It's also located at a MAJOR intersection for the area that has several plaza's interlinked via some wonky curb cuts and one-way's, so some of these people may be impatient even before getting to the speaker. I've been dining inside when a few people have walked in to have their orders corrected (hey, mistakes happen, we're all human) and EVERY SINGLE TIME the Barista's have handled it properly with compassion and empathy. On a final note, and as a software developer focused on Ai & automation, can someone explain to me why the fick we even have drive thru speakers and microphones still? I could easily design a system that could increase throughput, it would involve leaving the current system in place as a legacy system, while concurrently running a new app based ordering system that was independent; but complimentary of; the existing Starbuck's app. It would also take some of the stress off of the Barista's because it would get rid of the stupid drive thru timers, while increasing customer and employee interaction and satisfaction.
