If you’re looking for a place to eat this is not it!! When you buy and pay for a drink they give you a QR code you have to scan to get ice re-scan to get a drink and then keep if you want a refill!! And even if you do it you might have to pay for a whole new drink

I asked for my burger plain and the lady made it wrong. When I asked them to remake the burger, they took it and just scraped off the ketchup, then acted as if they made the burger correctly.

The associates are slow when preparing the customer's order. I just spit out what I put in my mouth when eating the chili. Something is hard. You need to check each batch before serving the customer. The fries are cold.

The new steak and shake is interesting. Instead of a wait staff, I placed my order at a kiosk and paid my bill. I fixed my own drink and picked up my order promptly at the counter. They served the same great burger and

Well I will officially not go to a steak and shake again. The employees acted as if they hated their job and the people in there. They are no different then McDonald's now other then the milkshakes. And they are asking for a tip. Tip belong to a staff that caters to their customer. That typical fast food restaurant quality food and service. So long are the days of the the good S&S.

Good food, nice employees but they had this little gross 4 ft snookie lookin monster sitting in one of the booths by the claw machine making fun of my family because I was wearing a headband with cat ears. Meowing at me and my 12 year old daughter while laughing at us and making clear eye contact. The employees did nothing about the bullying... but I did. Clearly she wasn't as tough as she meowed and her 16 year old son/boyfriend apologized on her behalf as she changed her drawers. Dinner and a show.
Computer ordering system only. Terrible arrangement for those paying cash. Chicken fingers were over cooked, and mostly batter onstead of chicken content. Staff was rude. Manager was aware of situation but never came over to verify the situation. Computer board is extremely long with options. Had to wait 10 minutes to place our order with only one individual at the computer. Will never go back, nor will my sister.

People are very nice and food is good. But how is it so common for them to get the order wrong or missing something… no quality control? I would go more often if they didn’t get my order wrong so often.
