The food was below average. I get better crab cakes from the frozen section at Aldi's. Collard greens were way too salty as was my rice pilaf funny my fish was under seasoned. The free bread they put on the table was okay and could have used more flavor. Creme brulee was not good I definitely will not be going back to this restaurant ever nor will I recommend it.

Our first visit to Stringers, after receiving a gift card, and not sure we will return. The best thing about it was our attentive server, Omar. The ambiance is that of a pancake house and there was the scent of a table cleaning rag in the area we were sitting. The oysters Rockefeller were overly cheesy- hiding the oyster . Our seafood pasta and mahi mahi were average and portions were small for the price. The key lime pie was very disappointing - more of a lumpy cheesecake with the slightest hint of key lime. The patio and bar area was lively and inviting- maybe a happy hour visit would be better.

Stringers advertises buck a shuck. I called to verify and was told that they had buck a shuck all day. When we arrived they said buck a shuck was no longer available. After a conversation with the rude waitress and even ruder manager we left ordering nothing. We are local Stuart residents. We will never return.

Haven't been there for a while and was pleasantly surprised. Noise level is low to moderate so you can speak to each other, service and food were very good. Will definitely be going back.

Sat at the for drinks first during Happy Hour DEveryone was happy with their drinks I also had delicious oysters! Service in the bar great as always Moved to dining area for dinner I thought my fish tacos could have had more filling Others in the group that had the same seemed to be fuller I'm told the hamburgers were very good and the prime rib sandwiches Service in the dining area was not very good We were a group of 8

I have eaten at this restaurant several times now. I really want to like it, but just not there yet. The indoor atmosphere is nice, it's not too loud, and the servers for the most part are good - the one on our most recent visit was great. Some menu items have been very good (oyster dishes), others not (sandwiches and desserts), and others inconsistent (swordfish). I guess I could give it 4 or even 5 stars if the food was better. I live nearby and would like to be able to go and take others there with some confidence in the quality of the cuisine.

Vacationing but I would definitely return to Stringers. NIce ambiance and the bar is large with several TV's if you want to keep up on a game. Our server Sue, was the BEST! The burger was perfect and my dad had the red snapper and loved his sides. Side salad with my burger was generous and overall a great value

I had the fried oysters and kale salad. Others in our group had the calamari and French toast. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious! We were there for Sunday brunch and there was a live band who was awesome! We had a wonderful time and will gladly go back!

I was given the recommendation to attend this restaurant's Sunday brunch. I was also told, I HAD to have the oysters. Well, I did both on the same visit and it was phenomenal. Will definitely be going back!!

We have tried Stringers several times because we really want to like it. Unfortunately the quality of the food is just mediocre. We dined last night with someone with celiac disease and there were very few foods that could be prepared gluten free, including rice, mashed potatoes and lamb. They were not at all helpful or accommodating.
