Unfortunately our meal was not to our standards. My fish was delivered cold,overcooked and tasteless, it was remade and I ate dinner as the other plates were cleared from the table. Very disappointed.

Enjoyable outdoor dining. Sunday afternoon so band was playing next door. Loud but fun! Food was delicious - eggs Benedict, chicken and waffles, veggie omelet and mahi tacos. Drinks were strong!

Cannot share meal details of this last visit (Dec 30th) because we were never seated! I have been a regular client since I moved here. The food usually is, in fact, good. The service is always fair.
I tried to book my reservation on Open Table. For some reason it didn’t go through so I just called. I booked the reservation on Monday for Tuesday at 5:30 for 4 people for outside. I told her if the weather changes we will want to be seated inside. She said, when the weather is bad everyone gets moved inside.
On Tuesday, I didn’t want to take any chances so I called at 11:50 am and requested indoor seating. I was again told, no worries.
When we got there at 5:30 we were told we could not be seated indoors because our reservation was for outside and because i made the reservation by phone I didn’t have the right to change it.
I explained that I was guaranteed an indoor table by 2 different people today and the day before. I showed her the phone call at 11:50. No one cared. Open table reservations have priority. I’m guessing they get money back.
There were at least 10 EMPTY tables. She said they will come by 6:30. I said we’ll be out by then please let us be seated.
She said you can sit at the bar, you can sit outside (it was 49 degrees) or you can wait an hour and a half.
I asked for the manager and it turns out she WAS the manager. I shared some expletives that would normally not be something I do, and we left.
We found another place down the street and it turned out ok. But it was 20 minutes of argument that could have been avoided if she would have just tried to defray the escalation and seated us at one of the 10 empty tables.
It was embarrassing, frustrating and I would highly advise anyone thinking of dining there, to NOT take the word of anyone you speak to on the phone. They are clueless and they couldn’t care less.

Natalie was fantastic as our server. We came on busy New Year’s Eve day and she found a way to make us feel like we were her only table. Extremely attentive and patient as we had 2 children with us. It’s a pleasure to find a place where hospitality still exists. We will def be back
