Great # of lanes. We were lucky on a Friday night at 8 to get a lane on league night. Staff was helpful and efficient. Troubles were getting access to balls on a busy night. We all had to ask patrons to move as they stood in front of ball stands. They were nice enough, but it was not convenient. We are used to league behavior so none of the terratorial actions bothered us. They eventually moved to their own lane area.

Morgan at the front desk was honestly amazing. She was super friendly, patient, and made everything so easy from the moment I walked in. She explained everything clearly, didn’t rush us, and had such a good attitude the whole time. You can tell she actually cares about her job and the people she’s helping. She definitely made my experience better and deserves recognition.

The OWNER IS deleting MY REVIEWS. This is my 6th time posting this review. John Wilders continues to delete it because he doesn’t want the world to know what kind of evil person he truly is!!! I went to Stuart Bowl and was refused service, robbed, and told our government documentation was unofficial without anyone verifying it. With that being said, If you are black or a minority, do not bowl here. It started as an extremely great time until we wanted to order drinks from the bar. It began with the older lady at the bar who REFUSED to take My boyfriend’s ID because it was from Alabama. Unfortunately, the untrained older female bartender was unfamiliar with a non-driver identification card from another State. The highly unprofessional manager John Wilder and the security guard at Styx got involved. Unfortunately, John Wilder showed us his lack of professionalism. He refused to verify the ID with a black light or via scan. Expectedly frustrated we simply and respectfully asked for a refund for our food order that was placed as soon as we started bowling since we never received it. Come to find out the older women working the bar never even placed our FOOD order. Mind you the food order was placed prior to us even thinking about getting a drink from the bar. John Wilder then stated that he would give us a refund since our food order was never even placed. John Wilder then continued to show us his unprofessional by antagonizing and insisting that the ID in his opinion was fake without ANY efforts to verify the ID AT ALL. He also continued to with his Microaggression stating that he knows for a fact that he seen my friend there the other night. Mind you we have NEVER been to Stuart Bowl in our lives, and will PROUDLY never return. Unfortunately with John Wilder continuing to completely disregard and disrespect us he sure did get the best of me and I raised my voice at John Wilder requesting that he stop attempting to argue, with us over his false accusations. After I raised my voice he yelled at me stating that he would not give us a refund for our food anymore and threatened to call the police. Also to top it all off the only person who mentioned anything about race was the security guard. He stated and I completely quote word for word “please don’t tell me you think this is happing because you are black”. Mind you no one said anything about race until he stated the obvious. We were looking to have a great time post 4th of July after my friends traveled down from Alabama. Unfortunately John Wilder and Stuart bowl robbed us of a great Friday Night, stole our money and instead traumatized us with their prejudices, racism, unprofessional, and refusal of service. Stuart bowl and John Wilder stride to keep racism alive in well here in Stuart Florida unfortunately my friends and I were tonight’s victims. The pictures attached are of the untrained older women who neglected to put our food order in and refused to accept a valid government ID.

Best Service EVER from Ashely!! My 1st time & more than likely the last. I get it as a manager if u don’t like an employee but keep it to yourself!! Janet the manager was so rude & nasty to Ashley I could have crowded n a hole. I could not imagine being Ashley!! I don’t support ANYWHERE that treat hard working employees that way!! Food was good plus beer was cold Janet was are only problem

Was giving an excellent, wonderful and extremely professional night of service from Ashley! I’ve never been treated more human from anyone in my entire life. Her customer service feels like a warm loving mother’s embrace. 10/10 always go to Ashely!

I have never been taken care of as well I was at Stuart Lanes. When at the bar, ask for Ashley! She is the best server I’ve ever had! Will be back

Do not bring your parties here I came with a large group of friends from out of town the gentleman in the light blue collard shirt appears to be in management or an owner is absolutely miserable abhorrent human being with god awful customer service.

Ashley the bartender was AMAZING!!! She made my whole night. She was so sweet and an absolute angel in disguise. She helped me and my large group with our orders and tons of modifications. I’ve grown up in Stuart and been here atleast a hundred times and have never had as good as a time as when she was there. 100/10 recommend coming here and visiting her at the bar she’ll make your whole night!!💕🎉
