So, I ordered online. Got a confirmation and was informed when my order was ready. Went down to pick it up only for the woman working there to tell me she didn't have my order. I showed her my confirmation and confirmed the address, but she flat out refused to make my order and would not refund. I have contacted subway (which is awful as well cuz it's a chat line) and still have not received my refund almost 2 full hours later, and have not received any emails either (they said they would send an email). I'm super upset, didn't get my food and can't get my 40 dollars back. Do not go here. They steal your money/food!!! Management would not answer their phones either.

The people who work here are not only idiots but also rude. For one, who puts lettuce on a meatball sub? Secondly, this is Florida, they should know that it's not just people who look like them that can speak Spanish too. Stop making nasty comments about customers thinking they don't speak Spanish.
They are the worst this two ladys they forgot everything I wanted on my online order plus they have young kids playing around in and out of the building even in the kitchen area behind terrible service.
