The food was nice and neatly placed in the box. The hot sauce had something smeared on them. Hopefully it was refried beans. Neat trick....ask for extra napkins and turn on the heated car seat and the food stays hot in the box.
1120 pm. 9/23 short heavy chick with tattoos. Seemed impatient, had to repeat multiple times my order and was having issues with my card. Rude and short with me. Did not appreciate that.

The service here is abysmal. When ordering they rung up the wrong thing. When I asked them to confirm the order they told me nothing was wrong, then at the window they gave me the wrong meal, the wrong total, and said we were calling them a liar. Unreal and terrible experience.
Placed a mobile order and even came inside to ensure my order would be efficient and correct. I’m currently still waiting for my one deluxe box and it’s been 45 minutes. I ask staff very nicely to check for my name and i am ignored completely. I will not be coming back to this location.

The staff put opened mild sauce packets which were sticking together in the bag of food when I went through the drive through and when I returned the bag the manager yelled “What happened?” I explained the sauces were open. The staff opened the box of tacos, took the old sauces out, put a a paper towel over the tacos and put new sauce packets in the box. This caused my appetite.

Very slow service, ordereda slow cook chicken in 5 layer burrito. I paid extra for chicken. Yet burrito was so empty. Like have a thick wrap with a spear of refried with Lil chicken. Very disappointed ?
To little workers, too long waiting time, poor quality food.
