Great local venue for live music. Bar prices are reasonable. Does not have a kitchen, but usually some kind of food truck just outside. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. So eat first, then walk over. Plenty of street parking near by.

We had a great time at Terra Fermata! I went with my wife to enjoy a night out, and it was the perfect spot to relax and soak in the atmosphere. The live music was excellent and set a fun, laid-back vibe. We loved how many local artisans were there, showcasing unique and creative items—it really added to the experience. they wanted $25 per head to hear a cover band so we can have pleasure to pay for drinks. no thank you. i can hear their music just fine for free and not pay.
