Cool vibe. First time. Went for my birthday. Had reservation, made late minute, waited for 15 min before being sat. Then waited again for another 15-20 minutes for someone to stop by and ask if we'd like a drink. All in all cool place. Food was good. Decent wine list. Might lower my expectations a little and try lunch. Scallops were delicious.

Today was the first time we have eaten at The Gafford. We had the most outgoing, friendly, helpful waitress, Emily! So not only was the service amazing but the food was off the charts delicious. We will be back.

Reservations last night honoring our oldest son's birthday. Busy evening. The kitchen was hopping next to our table of four. Abby knew of the birthday and added her humor to the evening and could not have provided more attention to our comfort. Four unique entrees. All exceptional. The seven layer carrot cake and coffee were the perfect end to the evening.

I've been to The Gafford 3 times over the last couple years. First time was 2-3 years ago and at that time I felt it was overpriced for what they offered. Second time was a couple months ago. We rather enjoyed ourselves that night, so I was thinking maybe the place had improved. Last night we went again and unfortunately pretty much everything was only average at best. Every time we've gone, it's been crowded and fairly loud due to large parties. Parking is generally difficult, and overall, I fail to see what's so great about the place. One thing I noticed every time we went was that there seemed to be a large percentage of the patrons who were very familiar with several employees, which leads me to believe the place is popular among locals and friends of management.

Our first time. Our server was attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable. My wife had the snapper and I had the meatloaf. Both dishes were way above expectations. My only minor issue was I could not get a baked potato instead of the mashed potatos.(minor disappointment. I'll live) We're looking forward to returning soon.

Food is great. Service good. Atmosphere average. I'm not a fan of the layout. Tables are too close for people to have pets dining inside.

Walked in last night to an almost-full room, greeted and seated by smiling faces. Water and bread brought to the table, we ordered cocktails which were blended to perfection. We shared the tuna which is a masterpiece of flavor and sensations(you order it and you will feel what i tell you). My wife ordered the rib and i ordered the meat loaf. Both dishes had this fantastic presentation and had this sophisticated home-made splendid flavors. The table next to us ordered the fried chicken which I'm not a fan but i will have to order next time after the comments i heard. We ordered the carrot and peanut butter cakes and we almost have to be rolled out of the restaurant... the portions are very generous.
Excellent experience, we will be back!

Everything you would think by reading the reviews, well managed, a strong belief in thinking outside the box on their entrees. Many items you would not find anywhere, extensive and curated wine selection. Something for everyone.
