The Knots and special garlic parm sauce are also must-haves. The owner is very welcoming and takes pride in what he's doing. The kitchen is spotless and the owner is happy to show it off. The Pizza Gene has a medium-rise crust "half sheet" that is outstanding. The staff is nice, especially to kids. The Pizza Gene is a great operation and a must-visit for pizza lovers.
