TideHouse Waterfront Restaurant

When we arrived, we were seated promptly. Our waitress took our order for appetizers, main dishes, and drinks right away. The drinks were delivered in a reasonable amount of time, but the appetizers took much longer than expected, especially considering the restaurant was not very busy. During the long wait, the waitress never came back to check on us or ask if we wanted additional drinks, even when we tried to get her attention as she walked by our table.

When we ordered our main dishes, I specifically chose a brunch item that included home fries, and my friend ordered a burger that was supposed to come with red onion. Those details were part of the reason we selected those meals and we mentioned that to the waitress that we excited for them. However, after another long wait, my meal arrived with French fries instead of the home fries listed on the menu, and my friend’s burger came with white onion instead of red onion. Since we had mentioned those details when ordering, we would have expected the waitress to let us know if the restaurant was out of those items so we could decide whether we wanted to order something different. Unfortunately, that was never communicated to us.

In addition, the women’s restroom had a very unpleasant smell, similar to dirty diapers, which made the experience even worse.

Considering how expensive the food and drinks were, combined with mediocre service, this was a disappointing visit. Unfortunately, I would not go out of my way to return to this restaurant.

What an amazing meal, we had the crab dip, Baja tacos and the shrimp and cake, the crab cake was fabulous, better than any crab cake I've had in Maryland. Shout out to Midget for her excellent service she made our experience that much better.

7 meals ordered, 4 meals wrong. Flat bread totally burnt. Eggs broken so chef made more. Two different servers came out with more eggs, for a total of 6 for one guest meal. Sandwich was filled with mushrooms after guest specifically asked for none. Bread plate dirty, as well as spoon. The meager one slice of toast was dry. Asked for jelly, but server never brought it. No refill on coffee. Had to ask for salt and pepper. Someone in management needs to rake a good look into this disgraceful display. The workers acted like they had never eaten in a restaurant before. Sad

The crab cakes were great!! Love the burger. Service was great! We love MAXI She is a wonderful server. Jennifer is a fantastic bartender. Always a great drink, big smile and a warm welcome!!!!!

Food was good, service was slow, prices are higher since ownership changed(18 dollars for a flatbread) Hope they get it together we use to enjoy coming here but it’s not the same atmosphere as it use to be so that’s a shame.

Overall it was a good experience...waiter was very aware...saw the fan made me a little cold and offered to turn it off...and did a couple other things as if he was reading my mind...prices were slightly high but they accidently gave me a side of friend shrimp with my meal so it was a score for me....atmosphere was airy and nice....

Went there Sunday evening with friends from out of town. Food and service were great. The 2nd floor location gives a great view over the marina of the St. lucy inlet. Only downside is parking so use the valet.

This restaurant is nice. Great atmosphere and great view of the water. The service took a little longer than expected, probably due to Valentine’s Day! The food is great, and the waitress was very kind and attentive. Overall it was a great experience. Will be returning and do recommend this restaurant.

Amazing tacos, great service, cute location! Got the mahi tuna blackened tacos with french fries and had an espresso martini with Bailey’s and it was 10 out of 10. Bartenders were a fun spirit! Would go back

Huge disappointment. Waited over an hour for appetizers. Our skirt steak, ordered medium, came out burnt like shoe leather, the Tuna Poke bowl was a plate of rice with some Tuna, peppers and edemame, the waitresses were stressed and management was nowhere to be seen to help. In addition, the screen on the patio was broken and the area was windy and cold.
