Basically loaded potato pancakes came out extra crispy (burnt) hard enough that wife couldn't really eat them... Kanish came out burnt (had to cut it open and eat the insides) ultimate BLT came out on the smallest pieces of rye bread I've seen... Everything was falling off of it and bacon was also fried hard... Then asked if we saved room for desert, we said yes and ordered a piece of pumkin spice cake and pumpkin cheesecake... Waitress comes back with them in a bag... Guess we aren't allowed to eat desert in store.... Used to love too Jay's but honestly... It has definitely went downhill and probably won't be back.

For the price we paid (over $80) food should have been much better.

Good food and quick service making it perfect for a short lunch break in your work day. The robot that brings your plate to your table is fun too. The salad was very good.

My friends and I ate there on September 22 waitress was rude and unpleasant. I left a 20% tip of $3.50. My credit card company alerted me that the tip I had given was $8.00!!! I called and spoke to manager, he informed me he would take care of it. Nothing has been resolved and I am waiting for my money to be returned….

Took forever, cost way too much, and they got food order wrong (and didn’t try to make it right). Most of food was bland. One thing was ok. Definitely do not recommend.
