They got a new manager and finally got rid of the guy who opened everyday with an attitude. I work in the plaza so I'm there a lot. Now I don't see the new manager and things are falling apart. Gotta find another spot for lunch, things get too hectic there

If you want a smoothie don’t bother coming to Tropical cafe. Nothing against this specific one, but if you want a real smoothie go to Robeks. This is 90% ice. Really disappointing

Recently this location has really been lacking in all areas. I hate leaving bad reviews but I’m hoping this is a wake up call to staff and the new owners. Wait time has increased dramatically, quality is not at all what it used to be and the store really needs a good cleaning including the front windows that just has the same child’s face print for over a week. :(
We were in there around 7:30pm. The two young ladies could be seen in the back on their cell phones. Another guest was inside already waiting before us. We finally said “hello”, really loud, which the young lady still did not come right away. Once she came out you think she would have said sorry for the wait, but nothing. It hard to get good service now days.
