Ordered a smoothie and a flat bread. Drank almost the whole smoothie and found a hair. So gross. Are the employees wearing hats or hair nets???

This is the location closest to our home. I will no longer go to this one. The interior is always dirty, the employees are rude and visibly unhappy to be at the location. The management, if you see them, are not nice either. The smoothies are watery and if you say something, the employees could care less. If you want a better experience, I recommend going to the TSC over off US 1 & Monterey.

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. They used to have a great manager, the orders were always correct, and the quality was good. Now there’s something wrong every order, found an eyelash in my wrap order today.

Ive tried avoiding writing this review because the quality of the smoothies and sandwiches are amazing here. However the last 4 times in the past 2 months that I have been here, customer service is very poor. This location seems to be run by High School teenagers and has just become a local hangout. Due to this, customers walking in the door take a backseat. Specifically 2 weeks ago I stood at the counter for 5 minutes while an employee was siting in the booth with their friends and completely ignoring me while the 1 girl still behind the counter was in the back and not coming out. Today they were talking to their friends at the counter about personal things while I was standing there waiting to be acknowledged. The owner should invest in some cameras to monitor the staff before they loose out on business due to customer service.

Would never go to this greedy old bald man and his wife and his daughter that runs it they're absolutely terrible they treat the employees like garbage they give them 10 hours a week and they're absolutely not friendly terrible customer service and absolutely a rotten place please go to the one on US1 and Monterey much much better please do never visit there

The best sandwich I have had so far from any tropical smoothie cafe. The girls were very pleasant and courteous. Would highly recommend this place to anyone I know.

I've had chicken there before and it was tender but this time it was dry and very small portioned. I was disappointed.I will not go after a big lunch rush again. It's better to beat it and come earlier when the chicken is fresh.

This was my first time at a Tropical Smoothie. I got the All American breakfast wrap with a Mocha Smoothie. I asked for no added turbinado sugar. Itwas still pretty sweet, but good! The wrap was very bread-y.

Let me first say that the smoothies turned out good.I'm huge on customer service though and that is lacking. I greeted the cashier with a big smile and got nothin. Not a hello. Not a smile. Just a blank unfriendly face staring back at me. She took our orders.Then when they called our name to pick up, there were 5 smoothies, none with tags or labels on them so we just played the guessing game.Anyway, just some basic customer service staples would make it way more pleasant of an experience and have us wanting to come back.

I always order online for lunch so it's ready when I get there but the only problem is I'm limited on time for lunch and even though the order is ready there's always a line almost out the door at lunch so I can't just run in and pick it up because there's only one person running the counter.

Sadly due to the COVID b.s. they couldn't honor the discount mug I had purchased years ago and the owner said he has a bunch on storage for the same reason.
