UPDATE 6/26/25
We came back again and the same young lady was working they have new icecream sandwiches that are to die for we got the Vanilla and rainbow sprinkles and my daughter got a Boba float and this time they had Cherry dole it was amazing refreshing and cool with the weather ———- not as busy as the last time we came the worker said its cause the day time is a bit more calm we chatted as she made let us know about the new summer items but still was a line with one employee it shortened FAST another thing we loved about our first visit in and out and we got our order quickly my kids rave about this place we’ve made great memories this summer coming here gonna try to come everyday till we go home i need to try that brownie banana split 😋 10/10 service 10/10 atmosphere Thank you Again
The two young ladies working tonight were the absolute best ! We found this spot through tiktok we’re St. Augustine natives and decided to make the drive to try the Dole Float and their Brownie Banana split and it did not disappoint —
The staff was extremely friendly women with glasses had amazing recommendations and told us a bit of the history of the building that its been around since 1986 and we just knew about it blew our mind we have some in orlando area but my kids were so persistent to come to this location after seeing the dole float on facebook we have family in hutchinson island this will be our top vacation spots when we visit the soft serve was AMAZING , the blonde young lady and the other women were working their butts off to get out our orders even with the parking lot being full they maintained themselves and their smiles an amazing experience hope to experience again this weekend
Best ice cream sundae I've had since I was a kid, good prices, friendly service
We love the food here! The staff is quick and they have great customer service! Definitely get a twirl!
Twistee Treat definitely lives up to its name!
I had the small Gorilla Cone—vanilla soft serve dipped in chocolate and rolled in peanuts—and it was delicious! The ice cream was creamy and just the right amount of sweet.
The service was excellent—friendly and fast—and there was plenty of parking. I also loved the seating area with canopies; it made for a really nice spot to enjoy our treats.
Highly recommend if you’re in the mood for a tasty dessert in a fun, relaxed setting! 🍦😊
Landmark spot in Stuart just North of the Publix plaza. On the same side of US 1. Ice Cream for everyone!
When I came to twisted treat for my first time yesterday Shayle was the one that caught my attention she was so helped and kind 10/10

Visited recently, they proudly ask for reviews—since they asked:
They claim to be a Twistee Treat, but refused to accept a Twistee Treat gift card. Then charged a 3% "convenience fee" when I had to pay by card, after my Twistee Treat gift card was refused ... by this so-called Twistee Treat store.
That said, the treat ordered was fine, on-par with the same one from the other Twistee Treats.
This location does charge a little bit more than all others we've been to so far, FYI. What is normally about 5.50 at the 12 or so other stores we've hit, was a little over $6. Not unreasonable, just sharing as an FYI to prospective customers.
Another FYI, no drive-through at this one, nor indoor seating.
The only things I find unreasonable really are
- Calling yourself a Twistee Treat and refusing a Twistee Treat gift card.
- Charging a 'convenience fee', (is that even legal). It sure is CONVENIENT for someone after they turned down my preferred method payment, isn't it? But not the person paying the fee. ?
**They're not honest or up-front about this fee. I was told that my total was 6.02. I was told that I needed to authorize a payment of $6.02, however $6.20 was taken. (Employee snatched my card from my hand and swiped / authorized it on the POS herself, so no, I wasn't told about the additional 18¢. And to be clear, it's not the 18¢,
-it's the principle of someone else authorizing something with my card,
-as well as the principle of the 'convenience fee' that I wasn't informed about,
-and the illegality of telling me one total and charging me another.
*Management's way of dealing with this was:
-to reply very condescendingly, and claiming that me, wanting to use a Twistee Treat gift card at a Twistee Treat is unreasonable because they're "different businesses" or some such.
- Also claimed they offer "2-dollar ice cream cones" which they do not.
Screenshots included of course, draw your own conclusions.
Personally, I recommend just visiting another store, as Twistee Treat corporate does have standards that other locations do adhere to. :)

Best icecream spot around no questions asked. Great employees, beautiful deck with lights, love bringing my friends and family from out of town here. Definitely a spot to get some good icecream and conversation, the employees are awesome always accommodating my needs and wants and very communicative. Alot cheaper than the other locations ive been too including PSL and more warm and welcoming especially for the kids and elderly.
