Really big on customer service sooooo, walked into the restaurant and saw the sign that said “wait to be seated” didn’t know we would be waiting 7 min with a young man ignoring us and didn’t acknowledge that we were standing by the door until I asked “do we seat ourselves?” The response was, I’m working on a reservation and when I’m done putting it in, I will be right with you. A smile and a “welcome, someone will be right with you” would have been sufficient. The Polpo a la Medditeraneo was great. The fettuccini Alfredo with meatballs (I added a bit more salt) but was good, my wife had the eggplant Parmesan and she loved it. The portions are shareable and worth the price. The conolo was okay and cappuccino was very good. They have plenty of parking and plenty for seating. Overall, the food was good but the customer service needs adjustment.

One of the mildest coffee I ever had, asked espresso to go and was served on plastic sauce containers which melted and leach toxins. Uncle Giuseppe would be turning on his grave

We had early new years eve dinner and it was more of a disappointment than anything. Waited 30 minutes for fried calamari, the rings were big and rubbery and portion was very small for $17.95. Lobster/crab bisque also $17.95 tasted very little of the promised seafood. The Margarita pizza was bland, it had large chunks of tomatoes and barely and seasonings. The chicken marsala with mushrooms had more flavor of brown gravy and very little marsala. Disappointed, we were hoping for a much better experience.

Best Italian food in Stuart! Ravioli, pasta, pizza and cannoli were delicious! However, Simo (?) our waitress was very disappointing, she did not seem that she wanted to be there and only barely attended us. We understand Saturday nights are busy (worked in a restaurant for 6 years) however if you do not want to work in the restaurant business you do not have to be there.

Party of 5. Had 7:30 reservation. Arrived 10 mins early and checked in with hostess. Let her know we were a few mins early but were here. She informed me the table wasn't ready. I understood, restaurant was busy. Told her we would wait outside. She came out to ask if it was okay if we sat on pizza side of restaurant. I told her that was fine. She informed us that they were just cleaning a table and we'd be seated momentarily. Then an influx of people showed up. Another party that came in after us are suddenly are seated at the table that was cleaned for us. The hostess is now telling me they are cleaning a table for us. Why? We were there first. Front of the house could not handle the influx of people. No excuses and unacceptable. If it is that busy, jump in and help the busser clear the tables to turn them over. Then we were crammed into a table that did not have nearly enough room. My husband had to keep moving every time someone needed in the cooler. No acknowledgment from a waitress until we were seated for almost 10 mins. Fine. Had our meal, it was fine. Although one of the dishes had broccoli and was not cooked well. I guess vegetables are not a thing that this restaurant can master. While having our meal, I noticed two tables that were not cleared for at least 15-20 mins. Not exactly the thing I want to be looking at while eating. We were in an area just inside the entrance with 6-7 tables--so 30% of the tables were left uncleared as the first thing you see coming into the restaurant. Would I recommend? Eh, maybe. Food is okay, but don't bother if it's busy. They can't handle it. Front of house is first impression. Not impressed.

NEVER AGAIN!!! This place used to be much better. Just ordered a pizza - light on the cheese and extra crispy on the crust. I got neither and I’m sick of it!! Pizza was so soggy I couldn’t even pick up a slice. I question if it’s even cooked all the way!! On top of that, I waited 30 mins more than what they told me!! This has happened too many times. I’m done. Not more chances!!

Very pleasantly surprised. From the outside, you would not have guessed what the inside looked like. Excellent food, awesome service and a local crooner to set the atmosphere.

What a pleasant surprise. The outside tells you nothing about what you can expect when you go in.
Food was very good and the portions are enough to share or bring back home.

I got the tour of Italy. Meatball, sausage, stuffed shell, ravioli, manicotti, one of each. The meatball was tough and lacked any flavor at all. The sausage was undercooked. I really doubt if anything on the plate was made fresh in house. I could have had a better meal microwaving a frozen dinner.

So thankful for your “family” for opening up as soon as you got power today. Had an amazing dinner surrounded by an absolutely amazing staff!

As an Italian I rarely eat Italian out. Anything other than my Nona's or mother's simply doesn't compare. But, this place is really good! I had a fantastic veal piccata sangwheech on their own bread. The pizza I took home was great. The staff were just as good as the food.
