Really big on customer service sooooo, walked into the restaurant and saw the sign that said “wait to be seated” didn’t know we would be waiting 7 min with a young man ignoring us and didn’t acknowledge that we were standing by the door until I asked “do we seat ourselves?” The response was, I’m working on a reservation and when I’m done putting it in, I will be right with you. A smile and a “welcome, someone will be right with you” would have been sufficient....
We had early new years eve dinner and it was more of a disappointment than anything. Waited 30 minutes for fried calamari, the rings were big and rubbery and portion was very small for $17.95. Lobster/crab bisque also $17.95 tasted very little of the promised seafood. The Margarita pizza was bland, it had large chunks of tomatoes and barely and seasonings. The chicken marsala with mushrooms had more flavor of brown gravy and very little marsala. Disappointed, we were hoping for...
Best Italian food in Stuart! Ravioli, pasta, pizza and cannoli were delicious! However, Simo (?) our waitress was very disappointing, she did not seem that she wanted to be there and only barely attended us. We understand Saturday nights are busy (worked in a restaurant for 6 years) however if you do not want to work in the restaurant business you do not have to be there.
