I typically don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience due to the extremely poor service we received. To be clear, the food was fresh and excellent—no complaints there at all.
Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet our server was inattentive throughout the evening. At 9:30 p.m., when we asked for dessert, we were told the kitchen had already closed. We had only ordered appetizers, so this came as a surprise. A simple heads-up about the kitchen closing would have allowed us to order in time.
Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and made the effort to bring us dessert, which we appreciated. However, the experience was further disrupted when the fire alarm went off and continued for an extended period. Despite all this, there was no gesture of goodwill—no apologies, no comped items—which left us with a negative impression.
While I empathize if our server was dealing with personal difficulties, the overall experience was lacking in professionalism. Excellent food, but sadly let down by the service.

Kristin was our server and she was probably the best part about this experience and treated our family very well, made sure we felt welcomed and gave us excellent recommendations about the food, we ordered steak, lamb and Moroccan cigar (stuffed with beef ribs )everything was delicious.
