The girl at the front counter was very rude. Her name was Lilliana. She was very short while taking my order, and also packed it as slow as humanly possible. She had a long line if people behind me, and was also rude to them. One man even walked back out.

Today I purchased 2 meals to go. When I got home, less than 4 min away, I realized the meals were not up to standard. The fries were cold. The chicken sandwiches were dry hunks of bredding. With grace, patience, and respect, I returned to the store to ask for new sandwiches. I have worked in customer service for 30 years. I know that anger and accusations never result in a positive interaction. Liconya was the first person I came in contact with and was so proffesional and respectful. She gave me her undivided attention, her understanding, and 2 new meals. This location is ALWAYS clean and efficient. I know this was just an oversight. Thank you Liconya, for taking such good care of me.

Good fast food burgers. Offer meal deals which make it more affordable than some other fast food chains. Service is normally quick and on point.
