My mom and our friend eat here at least 1 time a week, usually mom and friend will go twice, for YEARS - Never, never have we had a bad meal and I have tried many things on the menu - this place is great - from the food and let me tell ya, the girls here are WONDERFUL - so sweet and professional - great place!!! Try the patty melt - oh and my friend LOVES their Monday Turkey special!

I understand this is a small diner and I am not expecting any special treatment or anything exceptional. But when ordering I advised I had an allergy and asked if the home fries were cooked in a shared fryer. Again, I’m not asking for a gluten free menu, just if one item is safe for me. I am not asking for a guarantee about cross contamination or anything off menu. I am only advising I cannot eat from a shared fryer, are the home fries cooked in a shared fryer. I was then informed nothing here is gluten free and they cannot prepare anything for me. I understand not everything will be for me and Celiac’s Disease is my problem, but I do think it’s a shame how this happened. I walked a couple doors down to Keke’s and had a much different experience.
