I had an excellent experience at the restaurant, in large part thanks to Medardo, our waiter. He was attentive, kind and always attentive to every detail, making sure we didn't miss anything. He made amazing recommendations and his knowledge of the menu made our choice of dishes perfect. The personalized attention he gave us made the meal even more special. The food was good (high priced), however the beef with onions little tough, good white rice and red beans. The door greeter needs to improve, they don't greet you right away as some of the employees are hanging around the bar. The servers take their time (slow) to come to your table and take your order, the are friendly, but just too slow for me. The restaurant overall is very clean with old furniture (tables and chairs) that needs replacement, little loud noise from costumers....
We were passing through and decided to stop here on a whim, and I'm so glad that I did! I had some of the best mofongo I ever had in my life. Generous portions and extremely delicious! I'm not often in this area, but when I come back through, I'm definitely stopping again.
