Ordered anti pasti salad and pizza . Slowest Waitress ever had. Never got refills. When food came out we had no utensils, had to get up find Waitress to get utensils. Pizza may have been good had it been hot .

Great Italian restaurant. Parking can be a challenge. We were seated within 15 minutes. Our waiter was very good. He took our order in steps as not to rush us. The, bread and sauce was great. The salmon recommendation was spot on. It was a little tarter than I expected. The seafood pasta was good.

If you plan on ordering pasta with “meat sauce,” I have one word for you: “DON’T”! We have eaten here several times, and food is always good, but this meat sauce, even though described as “red meat sauce” had nothing red about it. It was brown meat with spices and that was it. We will come back, but we will stay away from “meat sauce”. We wish the server had told us this when we ordered. Just disappointed with this.

Wanted to try this place for awhile. We ordered a gourmet pizza which took 40 minutes to receive and it was barely warm. Very disappointing, won’t be back.

10" pizza for one. Perfect size. Everyone is friendly. Also have had the lunch time burger as well as fish and chips. Always a good meal.

Normally I like Francesco’s very much. However the experience my wife and I had last night makes me question if I will return in the near future.First let me say I love Francesco’s food, I have no issue with that. I need to share how unprofessional the waitress that served us last night was.First, when I asked if they had non alcoholic beer she said, yes something with a “p”. This intrigued me so I asked for that. When she returned with an O’Douls I said, no that isn’t what I want, and she said. “Okay I’ll see if I can sell it, if not I’ll just pay for it” Which I think is an incredibly inappropriate thing to say to me even if it is true.When we asked for napkins the waitress brought only cocktail napkins, unusable as bibs as I am a large man and need them for keeping food off of my shirt.We received no silverware, therefore had no napkins. I had to ask the young man who brought our entrees for the tableware. Then wait while we watched our food get cold until the silverware arrived, NOT brought by our waitress.Finally this morning, the following morning I find I have stomach issues.Although the food is delicious it is not good enough to warrant suffering through such unpleasantness.
Great food, I had the Ny Strip. Ordered it without the tomato sauce. Also had the house bread which was warm and fresh. Followed by the house salad. Overall, it was a great experience. I've been there a few times and never dissapoints.

We had a fantastic dinner tonight (party of 8)! Not only was our food absolutely delicious, the service Samantha gave us was outstanding! We also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Will! He welcomed every patron with genuine hospitality, helped his staff and truly cared about all aspects of this restaurant! Thank you Will and Samantha! The salad was fresh, wedding soup was perfect, garlic knots were fought over (sooo good),chicken parm, lasagna, stuffed shells, pizza, eggplant, chicken saltimbocca, were all wonderfully delicious! We ended our meal with an array of desserts, ordering one of each dessert, which were all amazing! Thank you, we’ll most definitely be back!

I am doing this review as I am sitting in the restaurant waiting for my food. As we were sat, I looked at my chipped plate and my wife had hers with oil on the rims and some in the middle. To not make a big deal, I got up and went to the lady dressed in blue that sat us down and said, "I dont want to make a big deal but under law you cannot serve on a chipped plate and I know you are all so busy but this one has oil on it still". She proceeded to make a face to my comment as and told the bus boy to throw it away and in front of me as I walked away, both proceeded to laugh. I know this place is well known and usually a good service. But today they showed a different face, shame on them for thinking I did it for fun, a chipped plate can cause some serious issues, bacteria can grow and even possibly can mix into the food and cause harm. Anyways, thats my 2 cents. A lot of the elder community come here and they should specially be cautious of these type of things, more when it comes to health and contamination.

On St Pat's Day, Waitress initially charged me for salads when it was included, didn't give us desserts, was not attentive. We ordered a dinner for 2 and after eating, felt like I needed to eat again. Not enough! The manager heard our complaints and took the salads off the bill and gave us 6 cannoli to take home. My friend ordered salmon with spaghetti and the spaghetti wasn't cooked good. Had to be taken back. Clumps and clumps of spaghetti and the salmon didn't taste good either (according to my friend).
