This is an amazing McDonalds and not like any others. The people are always friendly and my order is always correct. All the other McDonald's in the area need to take a lesson or 2 from this place!
Sent my food and drink loose, not secured. Door dash hand me a bag of food and a drink at my door. Would you eat or drink unsecured items delivered by a stranger. Called and the woman said impossible, could not have happened. Well it did, photos attached to how it was handed to me.

Went to McDonald's with the family for a quick bite to eat and order almost $70 sat down to eat and what do I see the staff fixing and preparing food with no gloves on and they are steady rubbing their faces and hair then putting hands in the fry containers to open them to add the fries and no hair nets or face nets for facial hair. Needless to say I don't wanna eat here anymore. Very unsanitary.

This location has focused so much on fast service that they have ruined the food & drinks. I went to Mc Donald's in Belleview & Wildwood & ordered the burritos & caramel iced coffee to compare. Huge difference! Belleview & Wildwood gave me tasty food & very good iced coffee, actually tasted like caramel. Summerfield's burritos still needed cooking time & the caramel iced coffee tasted like water down black coffee. Gross!

For a “late” Tuesday meal. Everything was fresh and perfect. I really appreciate the service my wife received. Friendly staff, fast service and some of the best McDonalds I’ve ever had. I’ve been eating at , not this exact store but plenty of them since 1986). Great job guy and gals!

Multiple times was asked to "hold on, there's a problem with the system." The 20% code was not applied to the order, the order was wrong. Ordered 6 piece nugget, got a 4 piece. Asked for a McChicken with extra mayo, got McChicken with no Mayo and No Lettuce.

The foods pretty much cold unless your catching them when they absolutely have to make it fresh , workers are nice enough , orders aren't always completed as asked or they mix it up with someone else's
