Super great service! Very authentic. My particular choice of meal wasn’t that great but I wouldn’t blame it on the restaurant. I should’ve ordered differently. Very rural and obviously a well known stop in for great Mexican cuisine.Parking: Just a small dirt lot off the highway.

Have stopped at this food truck / dining tent several times now and have found their food consistent and very good.Located on the north bound side of hwy 301, just past Oxford Downs & Browns on the south, Viva Mexico is a delight and surprise. Turn up the driveway into their parking lot, just watch out for ruts and holes in the dirt. (Thus 4stars)Place your order at the counter, then sit at a picnic table and they bring your food to you. You can also call ahead for take out if you desire. One thing I really like are all menus and signs are multi-lingual, Mexican and English. There is an active train track a stones throw behind food tent, but surprisingly, I didn't find the trains going by that noisy. One time we were there the chickens were roaming about, which amused us.Staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of local workers come for lunch and it can get busy, but service is fast. Prices are very reasonable.

I am sharing this because Mexican food this good from a small Taco stand is for sure a rarity. I don't know about you but i am always looking for a great restaurant to add to my archives filed under lets do this again. Let me give credit to my Daughter, whom i was buying lunch for.. She didn't want to eat in any five star restaurant . instead she took over the driving from me. As usual i was not very comfortable eating meats and stuff from my first impression. Well truth be told, I was way off , After receiving my order of 6 Tacos and a variety of sauces seem to disappear off my plate in a blazing speed. The tacos were smaller than your average fast food tacos but what they lacked in size, they made it up in flavor and freshness. The best part of this great food day was my total bill, i didn't even break a $20. So ya'll out there, try this place , its worth the $15 you will spend. I am sure that once you folks visit this location, you can add your remarks and praises right here on this Review.

Love this little taco stand. Simple yet delicious menu. The Torta is a solid menu item, with each item there is plenty of food and their fresh made fruit beverages match in deliciousness the effort they put in making them.

Viva Mexico is an unassuming slice of heaven in Central Florida. It's basically a food truck positioned on the edge of a family compound, with tarps to shade an eating area on the side. It's all hooked up to local electricity so you don't hear the generators you'd normally hear from food trucks.I always get the steak tacos. It's carne asada with chopped onion and cilantro, served on two small soft home-made tortillas. I always add a squirt of their red sauce which has a strong kick but lots of flavor. They offer the tacos with sliced beets on the side. Pair two tacos with a Mandarin Jarritos (Mexican soda that comes in tons of flavors) for six bucks and change, plus tip, and you have a filling, affordable mini-meal.They have lots of other selections but I haven't tried any. At lunch time when local laborers, landscapers, roofers, construction workers, most of whom speak Spanish as a first language, come for to eat, the line to order can get up to 20 deep. I'm pretty sure they have a stew offered off-menu. I don't know if it's birria or pozole, but it's very popular among the workers. There are only a few taquerias in the area but this one appears to have the most loyalty among their customer base.Service is simple: you order at the counter, grab your purchased bottle of beverage from the fridge next to the counter, and find a seat. They'll bring you your food, a few napkins, verde and roja sauces from old fashioned plastic condiment squirt bottles. After coming here once every few weeks for the past year, the young lady behind the counter knows my order, which makes me feel like a valued regular. They accept cards, cash, and the virtual payment options like Google Pay.
