I tried KFC all across US. Most of the time the chicken taste blend and DRY. This one… it’s super juicy. The wait is horrific but at the end… it’s worth the wait!

Horrible experience, I asked the lady to give me a bucket of 12 pcs , my kids don't eat chicken breast and she said that they had more customers than chicken, never again, it made me feel Iike i was in a third world country

Based on the day they will take your order. Wasting your time is key. Some days the kiosk is open for orders some days they are not. Their days that are the registered they will refuse to take parts only cash and truck drivers. Employee refused to service me even though I was on the line and told me I was not a truck driver. I had to used the kiosk. As soon she screamed that kiosk had to be used, five people behind me moved to the Kiosk to place orders. Leaving me at the very end of the line. I jumped and ordered from Wendy's.

Awee the manager got me back for $13.00. I got 2 legs and a wing as a 3 pieces. All dried up. All because I asked him to wipe the kiosk because of covid and etc. It took him over 5 minutes to come back. Why? Because he had to find sanitizer. If you wipe it daily, shouldn't you know where it is?? It was a man about 5'3" or so actually I shouldn't have bought anything anyway he wasn't so clean. I asked the 2nd worker if they sold tea, and she wouldn't even speak. She kept her back turned. ABSOLUTELY RUDE. I AM HARD OF HEARING. Someone told me the girl whispered or said no. They are very rude and to sell me that dried up chicken because I asked you to wipe the kiosk shows how you don't deserve to be a manager. Oh, I came back today to tell you to your face, but you are not here yet. Have the life you deserve.

This has to be the WORST kfc/ travel plaza in the United States. 1 hr wait after they make you use the keosk instead of taking your order. Then they didn’t even get the order correct…smh
