The kid serving here is as slow as they come and could care less about your wait time. Zero stars! I stand in line for 10 minutes the worker doesn't even turn around to tell me that there's a kiosk to use! Then at the kiosk, I can't edit my sandwich the way I'd like to. And the associate tells me sorry I'm busy with all these other orders! KFC get it together! Trash 🗑 🚮 🗑 🚮
The manager, Ed is absolutely ridiculous disrespectful rude, and wants to raise his voice when a customer is disappointed in the service. After ordering a five piece strip meal and waiting for 10 minutes just to have one of the employees yell out no more nuggets no more strips was absolutely ridiculous. The manager, Ed should not be a manager or even be employed in customer service. This type of person is exactly why customer service is going down the drain, especially with Kentucky Fried chicken stores. I highly recommend avoiding this location. Cleanliness is not good employees attitudes not good and the manager wanted to complain that he’s been trying to get more people, but he just can’t Just excuses after excuses when I asked for my money back after waiting for 10 minutes and being yelled over-the-counter to everybody no more nuggets no more strips

Stopped here for lunch on our way to Tallahassee. Not a fan of fast food places. Limited choices, Dunkin, Wendy's which had a long line or KFC Express. Your place your on a computer and pay there. They call your name when your order is ready . Tried the 8 pc. Nuggets Combo with Fries, Biscuit, Medium drink , and a choice of several different sauces. Just OK.

Very crowded, which is expected. Bathrooms are dirty. Lines are very long at each of the 3 restaurants, and it seems like there is only 1 worker staffing each one. Go on to the next standalone restaurant.
