I had the worst experience With a guy name Ed I Oder some food and there was a mistake with the Order and I ask the manger Ed if he can fix my order and he said NO! I never in my life had someone tell me this I’m paying for my food what you mean no? This guys lost his mind.. if u miserable at this job then go somewhere else. And I try to pay with Apple Pay and he said he don’t take Apple Pay only card… but my Apple Pay went through, this guys was just being mean and rude. And the food taste old don’t waste your time here especially if you’re really hungry.

The Ordering was horrible staff told you one thing then was unable to do the simplest request. Then the Manager who seemed to have an issue with any question being asked that should have been addressed when giving the customer their order. If you come to this service station I would avoid eating at the KFC.

The older man at the counter was the rudest person I've ever dealt with at a fast food restaurant. He ran me and 3 other customers off. We weren't allowed to pay cash bc he said he didn't want to open a till and the cashier was on a break. Then he was rude when we were having trouble with the kiosk. I literally had to get in my car and get back on the turnpike and go to a whole different exit to get food. I will never come back to the service station.

I live in the area so thought id try this kfc for a change. Got there and the manager was serving, straight away he was rude and abrupt when asking for my order, he got it wrong then when I mentioned it to him he blamed me and was on the defensive. Food was very salty, wont go back.
Actively watched the manager handle cash and cards with gloves on then immediately handle food without changing gloves. Also very slow and rude staff
