This location seems to be serving stale donuts recently. The rude staff are gone so that's improvement. The ice cream is the best option for food.

Had one of the worst experiences here ever. I did a mobile order while leaving a shop in the same plaza, not able to see how long a line would be. It was just a green tea and cranberry juice- nothing crazy. I get in the car and drive over- took roughly 3 minutes. Go through the drive through and pull up to the window to be berated by Jazmine and another female with a ton of facial piercings because I did not give them 5 minutes that they require and to never order from the drive through line again with the most rude and disrespectful tone ever. I tried explaining I didnt but they just kept telling me they needed 5 minute minimum on mobile orders. Mind you no where on the app does that disclaimer populate for rapid pickup. Then they didnt have one of the items I ordered so Amari came overto the window and proceeded to do a refund after Jazmine told me they couldn't. Then when I finally got my green tea, it was half full. I tried asking for a manager on duty- there isnt one. Supervisor on duty- there isnt one. Team lead..anyone- there isnt one. And the girl with all the facial piercings, horrible attitude and mega disrespectful tone- she has no name. So I called the store later and asked for a Manager- there wouldnt be one there or any leadership till the next day according to Amari who took my message. I asked for a manager to call me, left my name and number. Its been 3 weeks now and no call back. So if you want half made drinks served by the rudest most disrespectful group of people in the southern hillsborogh county region then come here. If not.... avoid it at all costs.

What coffee shop only makes 1 batch of cold brew a day??? This is shameful. Corporate should know what’s going on here. If you are not going to make cold brew than take it off your mobile order

I visit a lot of Dunkin's and the Sun City Center Dunkin is the best.
It is a high volume and extremely well run machine.
The help is so organized and polite!
Regardless of how busy it is , you are in and out of there quickly.

Dunkin' is always a go to place for quick service and good food. The menu is geared towards breakfast but you can order the selections all day. It has the best coffee.

ON 12/16/25 @ 4:35am. States that it is open at 4:30am but staff said that they are short staffed and won't open till 5am. False ADVERTISEMENT! AVOID. FYI, there was enough staff at the restaurant.

Employee took my order wrong at the counter and I corrected it. She had to get someone over to help enter in the correct order. The one helping said she'd be the one making it so it would be good. We were handed our order and left. Got out of the parking lot and onto the highway when I noticed I was given the voided incorrect order. So of course we paid for it and not able to turn around to get it corrected. I don't even understand why someone would make an order for one that clearly says void on the ticket. Always double and maybe even triple check your order for accuracy so you don't go without your morning pick me up.

i order a sausage egg cheese croissant combo the has brown was burnt i have it back and still burnt and i told a manager who look like i said something wrong the has brown taste like freezer burn fries this the Dunkin in Sun city Fl always busy plenty workers awful service

The location is a little cramped but the service is always quick and the ppl are friendly. I don't like the food at any of the Dunkin locations. The donuts are ok but i am a Krispy Cream girl. They do have a mocha Cappachino Blast that i ❤️. This location has a Baskin Robbins ice cream shop also. They have fantastic ice cream cakes😍

I was in the drive through almost 15 minutes this morning … The gentleman first handed me the incorrect order , then he stated my order was never taken which I knew was not accurate as I watched my order on the screen . After calling the manager over who was also VERY unprofessional and rude . She advised him the order had been taken and was waiting on the counter . I was handed cold food and water down coffee, the gentleman that proceeded to tell me oh well that was your order I gave the first time . I advised him it was not , the order was not correct as I didn’t order any doughnuts he then continued to roll his eyes and go back and forth . I asked for his manager who came to the window with the same racist nasty energy . I advised her employee is holding up the drive through for his mistake and instead of apologizing and moving on he’s continuously going back and forth which is unprofessional and makes your franchise look terrible . Also due to the time I waited because YOUR employee at the window screwed up and I can tell you there mind was everywhere but at work , the order should’ve been freshly made and free. I have never in my life experienced such terrible and unprofessional service from an employee and a manager. I’m sure Dunkin has cameras please run the interaction back . Most importantly TRAIN your employees of professionalism and proper customer service etiquette. This is not 1960 no one is tolerating unprofessional people or RACISM . I will be writing your corporate office .

Customer service is usually adequate at this location, however, I went in today to get an iced coffee, it was made incorrect, after standing at the counter for too long, the girl finally asked me if I needed help, I told her it was wrong, she corrected the item, then just slid it on the counter, no thank you, no I'm sorry, learn some customer service, it wasn't my fault the coffee was made incorrect.
The cashier was nice however, mopping the store and mopping the entrance while people are still coming in and out seems passive aggressive and counter productive. Someone could get hurt.
