Marco's Pizza

I called to place an order for one medium pizza at 9:50 and the male who picked up the phone told me they were closed and denied to take my order when online it says the are opened till 11pm.

This place is definitely my favored pizza place around here now. Always fresh,, never skimpy with the toppings,, my family go to place. I put my family on to this place as well.

Service was great, but would be better if on Sunday they have more than one person trying to prep, cook, answer phones, take money. This is ridiculous to someone. This guy in sun city marco has been left to do all this by himself, and the owner refuses to get him any help. It's hard enough to get people to work and when you find a person doing his best to run your company at least needs help.

Great experience. Come here all the time. Always fast and friendly.

This location can not seem to get an order correct or any quality control. Three toppings missing from two different pizza's and the breadsticks are burnt and unconsumable....
Not giving business to this location ever again.

Ordered delivery with a reasonable “expect by” time. After 30 minutes late, both members of our household called to attempt to get an update. On hold for ten minutes, then we were hung up on. Now, we’re back on hold for 7:15 minutes and still nothing. Wouldn’t be an issue if we could at least reach someone and get an update.
0/10 if we could rate it as that — can’t even get a refund at this point since no one is answering the phone.

Nearly 2 hours for delivery ! Would have went and picked it up.Had they had told me it was going to be a Door Dash Delivery and not an in store delivery driver, as I placed the order directly with the store.. kids waiting to eat pizza comes at 10 at night .. call the restaurant, asked to speak to the manager .. Girl by the name of Rebecca answers the phone giggly, laughing stating that they're close to the hurricane. Sounds super young.. Hear people joking around the background.. I request for future reference , if it's not going to be an instor delivery and there's going to be a wait , they should just let customers know so they are prepared, as I would have picked up the pizza myself.. she immediately becomes EXTREMELY argumentative .. offers zero apology and ends up hanging up on me .. side note, they said to the doordash driver they were about to eat my food because nobody picked it up.. don't waste your time here
